Quite a bit of traffic going past often with curtains that did not block out lights at nighttime.

Great cooking facilities and a decent size fridge. Was able to freeze drink bottles. Location was good. Within walking distance to the beach and a food truck with the best fresh fish and chips - yellow fin tuna and marlin.

I did have a few issues with the water pressure and the washing machine and dryer didnt work however maria was able to fix the water pressure as soon as i raised it and also got all my clothes washed and dry cleaned. She was so quick which i appreciated so much

We landed late at night. It was difficult to find the property in the dark. would have been nice if there was a directions map as a part of the check in email and some lights outside the property.

A super clean villa close to the airport. Well equipped and spacious. We only stayed the one night before flying home, but would recommend for longer stays also. Located close to Black Rock beach and lots of eating places not too far away.

We had a wonderful stay at Studio Varia! The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. We were able to store our bags earlier in the property as we arrived early in the morning. The Studio was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Only thing that we had a problem with was finding the place late at night. Only because Google maps done work very well on the island. But stay and Unit was great. Highly recommend. Many thanks.

Studio Varia is new/modern, clean and has a good layout. It is in a good location in Rarotonga at Black Rock. Host Maria is very friendly, approachable and helpful.

Everything, it’s a beautiful modern studio with easy access to the bus 50m away. Friendly greeting and guide around the property. Quality items and lovely touches like shells and wall hangings. Classy.

Had to write down credit card number and give it to a stranger on arrival - didn't feel comfortable doing this, hopefully they destroy the form? Confirmation said free wi-fi throughout but it was a paid hotspot. Washing machine was broken. There is a safe but no information on how to use it. Cupboards over sink and extractor over cooker are designed in such a way that we kept hitting our heads on them. No coffee plunger (everywhere we stayed had one).

Modern interior, large comfortable bed, great location 5 mins to beach, small shop at end of the road, restaurants in walking distance. Fantastic sunsets on the beach!

Lovely studio, the design and amenity was above and beyond expectations. The excellent Booking.com rating is very accurate and we were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was very well thought through in a nice, quiet location near Black Rock beach.

Studio name is not available on Google map so took some time to figure out the location on the first day. about 10mins walking to bus stop. Had some WiFi login issue on first night but solved the next day.

Studio looks better than photos. Very clean and new only 9-month old. Also provides washing machine, dryer and safty box very convenient. Maria was very patient to wait for us quite late for check-in. Also gave us two coconuts the following day and gave us free ride to Muri beach. Booking message response was very quick.

Highly recommend Studio Varia for your stay in Rarotonga. Location is perfect, the property has everything you need, and the property host were awesome. We will definitely be staying here again on our return

I am so grateful to the lovely hospitality. It was a late arrival, and Maria was at this studio to welcome me. Everything is just like the photos, with tea, coffee available....comfortable bed and cute little porch at the front that catches the breeze in the mornings.

It would be hard to find a better property owner or cleaner/newer place to stay in Rarotonga with all the mod cons! Super convenient & great size for a couple that doesn’t want to be a “number” in a resort & still have access to everything this lovely island is noted for.

I loved EVERYTHING about this property, it was sooo comfortable and BOUJEE! Thank uuu Maria and Mama Vara for the yummy fresh fruit, Mango, Avocado, Pawpaw, Bananas, it was such a lovely welcome and stay xo the manaaki is phenomenal. The amenities and house is all new fresh and modern. Made for a lovely stay. I will ALWAYS book this whare for my stay in Raro everytime 🤗🤗 location is perrrrfect!
