The internet connection was very poor most of the time. Fans are not available in the rooms, which can be a little uncomfortable, especially in hot summer days. The shower is problematic: it is either cold or very hot. The staff is quite polite, although it is really difficult to reach them during the day, if you need anything. Solving these problems above, I would certainly rate the place 9+.

Bang for the buck. Good cost-benefit. The place is close to the city center, and you can walk to almost any part of the city - even the airport. The road to the hotel is a little dark, with some stray dogs that can be a little dangerous sometimes. The place is really clean, despite the infestation of cockroaches in the town.

The property is as mentioned. Lori and her family picked us up from the airport and explained about the tours and also customized the tour for us. They were very helpful with the check in and checkout process. They even gave us few mangoes to go.

The only thing that needed replacement was the plastic shower curtain. A difficult thing to maintain on an island.

Because the wheather is very hot and wet, there could be an air-conditioning in the bedrooms. But without it is also comfortable.

The owner really did the best Job. Everything was comfortable for my, even the laundry was no problem. There are some chicken and cats around the accommodation - very naturally- I really liked that much! The owner also offers day trips around the island, this should be in the information section, then I would have booked my trip there 🙂

Sometimes staff and owners came across as slightly disjointed. No WiFi. No lamp on every bedside table.

Personal welcome at the airport. Very, very clean. Bed and chairs outside were comfortable. Best omelette for breakfast in town. Hospitable.

Reasonable price for Easter Island, friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Host picked up from and to airport (it was free). Close to Main Street and Ahu Tahai.

Very nice service. Mrs. Lori the owner gives tours of all the historical sites on the island. It tells the history of the island very well. He does it with passion. She told a lot of interesting facts about the island, including those about how to live on the island today and a few years ago. Everyone was happy to advise where to find something and how to get there.
