Check in time said 2pm online but there was no one there upon arrival, no instructions on how to get into the locked keypad locked front door, and inside the hostel it said check in was 3pm. The full sized bed while comfortable is just too small for two people and the private room itself is very small which is fine for a night.

There is a lot of space in the kitchen and eating area, the front room/common room was very cozy with a great view, and the mattress/pillows for the full bed in the private room were very comfortable.

The rooms and bathroom look impersonal.

I arrived after midnight due to hours delay on the ferry. The staff arranged that I could enter with a code and put my breakfast in the fridge. It was small but good.

Twin room is very small, hardly able to open bags, heating was on all night despite the warm temperatures and I was unable to turn it off! Breakfast service could be explained better to guests as there was no communication from the grumpy breakfast lady and guests weren't sure what to expect as some early risers had pre-ordered.

Nice view from common area and plenty of places to sit with good kitchen facilities.

- double room is tiny - beds literally roll away and you sleep like in a hammock - stains on sheets - shower looked not that nice as well - near to no kitchen utensils (one knife for everyone, no bowls, no peeler…) - thin walls, you’ll hear every door closing and everyone walking
