The accommodation was so beautifully decorated! I could not believe it. It was very peaceful, quiet and clean. Very easy and safe to walk into town (approx 10 mins). The rooms were comfortable, warm and clean.

Our stay at Pirca Hostal was very nice, the garden is amazing and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is also a kitchen you can use and the hostal is located in the centre of San Pedro de atacama.

The shower was very small. The pillows weren’t comfortable.

It was well located in San Pedro de Atacama, a short walk from the main area. The kitchen was well stocked and it was good to have a little kitchen in our room too.

Lovely staff, nice courtyard in between all the rooms with lots of character, short walk into town, comfy beds. Close to a lovely cafe la franchuteria - amazing pastries!

The wifi was unreliable. It would also be great if they provided soap in the bathrooms on a regular basis. The shower water was lukewarm and had pretty low water pressure, which wasn't an issue for us, but worth noting.

My friend and I stayed at the Pirca Hostel for a week, and really enjoyed this simple and cozy little gem. We especially liked the location which was quiet and close to town, the charming courtyard, the communal kitchen, and the friendly and accommodating staff. Although we couldn't get a late checkout due to follow-on guests needing our room that day, Victor stored our luggage for us, let us hang out in the courtyard, and use the shower and kitchen facilities until we had to leave. There was also a place to hand wash and line dry our clothes, which we used every day.

The location was a bit out of the way although only 10-15 minutes walk to the main square. The room got a bit hot in the afternoons. The owner parked his car in the courtyard and so we had cars coming and going past our room. Thought it was a bit expensive for the room considering there is no breakfast offered but had just come from Bolivia...

The bed was comfy and there was a decent hot shower. We ended up leaving early to go back to Santiago and the owner was nice about it and gave us some money off the total. There was a TV and a fan to help keep cool at night. Located close to the French patisserie! Tidy communal kitchen with allocated items for each room.

The hostel is slightly out of the center of the city, but the walk there is perfectly fine and easy. The place is super clean and looks very nice. Our room was cleaned everyday (towels were frequently changed). The staff was always super polite!

We had a lovely stay at the Pirca Hostal. From the moment we arrived, the stay were extremely accommodating and helped us with any queries we had, e.g Laundry and Kitchen facilities. The room was extremely spacious and the outdoor area was very inviting. Only a short walk to the centre of town to all key sights, restaurants and tourist centres.

The only small thing I would suggest would be to add thick curtains that cover the window fully. I didn’t feel comfortable changing in the room.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

For a hostel it was great, it had clean rooms and daily cleaning. The kitchen was very useful and well stocked for guests. Location was good for walking into the main part of town and plenty of parking for cars out front, with camera security.

Comfortable and soft beds with plenty of sheets for cold nights. Showers were nice and warm, loved the patio to relax in. Useful communal fridge to store cold drinks. Best of all was the owner who was so kind to take us to the bus station with his own car so we didn't have to walk with all our luggage. It's a short 7-8 min walk to the centre of town, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet night's sleep compared to the busy town centre.

There was a local celebration opposite our hostel which went on till quite late at night - of course it was quite noisy. Apparently, this celebration occurs once a year so perhaps we got unlucky. Of course, this was outside the control of the hostel.

Great location, friendly staff. They let us keep our baggage at the hotel after our check out. Definitely recommend.
