As a point of attention, we were not provided with a plug for the bathtub drain in the room - and there was no information available about it. We cannot take advantage of this facility :(

The design in the common spaces is fantastic so I was expecting the rooms to have a funky twist as well. They’re standard hotel rooms though.

We missed some "goodies", like a comb, toothbrush and a better bathroom commodities in general. The shower was OK. Good water pressure and temperature, but the shower head was not the best quality. The only "down", which is not bad, but we were expecting something better, was the bed/mattress, it was a little loose and it felt light like it would move if you move a lot while asleep. One big down is that the Nespresso machine was not working properly and the options they had were totally not of our preference (vanilla, caramel and stuff like that). We like or coffee black and strong, and we could not get that in the morning.

In general it was an amazing experience. We had the chance to enjoy a nice and quiet sleep, beds was comfy, but not the best, still it's a solid 9/10. It's a very good option. Breakfast was simple, but good quality produce and ingredients, and thats something you definitely want after a long night.

House keeping was light.

It was comfortable and central. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Noise at night. At 2am a guy shouting in the hall and the staff didn't manage the situation correctly. Then the guests around 3 am, stayed at their room laughing and making noises and nobody told them anything. The hotel only responded the next day with a "sorry".

1. No one met us near the taxi, staff of the hotel just stood and watched as I carried my suitcases. They didn't offer to take our luggage to the room - carry it yourself. 2. Sour faced expression and very slow service at the reception. 3. Employees don't seem to like their jobs at all. When leaving there was a sour faced expression again, no one even said “thank you for staying with us”, “have a nice flight” 4. Unacceptable level of English. Girls at the reception at least understand and speak little bit, but the waiters don’t speak English at all: when you don’t understand them, they speak Spanish louder. 5.There is not enough light in the room, like in a cave. 7. There are no robe or slippers in the room. 8. Internet speed 0.31 Mbit/s!!! 9. Breakfast is very poor: - there is no station for eggs preparation: no eggs Benedict, omelette, poached eggs etc (unacceptable for a 5-star hotel), we saw some prepared scrambled eggs which was cold. - there is a lot of bread and pastry, but not enough of protein and vegetables - very healthy breakfast. - But the most critical thing: disgusting coffee from the coffee pot, the coffee machine is only capsule, gives water and does not make coffee, and the staff does not speak English. This hotel is looks like 3 stars. The presence of an ultra-small pool in the yard does not give rise to a 5-star rating.

Poor choice at breakfast, 2 days in a row room has not been cleaned if not upon claim, reception wrongly took the reservation for the taxi to the airport twice: once waking us up in the middle of the night, the second one having it missing the day of the departure. The procedure of check out was long and slow.

Well located, modern, clean and recently restructured

Poor internet connection - couldn't do work meetings or watch Netflix on our computers, this was the most annoying part. We were on the 17th floor. We complained multiple times to the front desk and were told IT would contact us directly in our room but this never happened Rude, unhelpful staff - we entered with lots of bags and all the staff just kind of stood around and stared at us while we struggled and didn't offer to help or anything, I've never seen that before. It's obviously not the worst thing in the world but the staff just kind of have this vibe, they are just aloof and not particularly hospitable Dirty pool - it's just filled with leaves and doesn't really get cleaned, we took one look at it and didn't want to swim.

Location, lots of good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Costanera Center Gym is decent - dumbbells, dynamic cable machine, cardio bikes, ellipticals, treadmills
