Love the cosy feeling of this hostel! The host was so so lovely and accomodating. I especially liked the decor and the homey feeling. It’s the best hostel I’ve stayed at.

Great host - helped us book a good Torres del Paine tour. Nicely designed and decorated rooms with a cosy common area, where you could use the kitchen and make breakfast with the ingredients provided. Very good location- walkable from the bus station and close to good bars/restaurants. Highly recommended.

This hostel is a hidden gem in Puerto Natales! The host was fantastic - very welcoming and went out of his way to help us! The room was extremely warm and cozy - we were in heaven! Wifi excellent. Breakfast in morning very good with free range eggs! Love the homely vibe ☺️ we loved it so much we came back again after our hike.

This place has a very warm atmosphere, the young lady is polite and helpful. We like that it is a small place with nice common area and storage for our luggages when hiking in the park.

The additional charge for paying by debit card rather than credit card was confusing and a bit disappointing. It made the stay a lot more expensive than was advertised. It was the only property in Chile that we struck this issue

Not much we didn't like.

The hotel was charming and quaint. It felt very homey and the staff were very welcoming. It is great value especially as a jumping off point for doing the W trek. There are lockers and laundry. It is a cook yourself breakfast but that's totally fine and they provide enough variety to get something you like and enough food. the staff were friendly. The rooms were an adequate size and the bathrooms although not huge were large enough and clean. They provided shampoo, condition and soap. The price point makes this very good value. It is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the bus station.

Honestly, I didn't want to make my own eggs in the morning.

Simple accommodation, but with private bath, heat, and cute decor. Super friendly staff. Ingredients available to make your own breakfast. Quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from center of town. Perfectly clean. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staffs. Good, simple and healthy breakfast. The room and beddings are very clean. We appreciate that we could store our luggage’s when we away to hiking for few days. The charging for the storing luggage’s which is $3 a day is reasonable.

In the first room, the shower was very slow. The room size was small.

Depending on which room you get. During the first stay, our room was very small and noisy since it was next to the front entrance. During our second stay, our room was much bigger and the shower worked a lot better

We really enjoyed our stay at Treehouse before and after the W-trek. We could leave our luggage with them in secure lockers while away which was super convenient. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Also the shower was nice and hot which is all you want after five days of walking. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was excellent. If I had to nitpick, I would say the rooms closer to the street can be loud & the walls are pretty thin. But all the guests were essentially backpackers and no one was loud at night.

Great home base for couples hiking in Torres del Paine. We did the O Trek and this was walkable to the bus station. Plus, they will allow you to keep your belongings at their hostel in a locker for $3 USD per day. Private bathrooms, decent breakfast of toast, yoghurt, jam, salami and cheese. The breakfast is available throughout the morning, especially helpful for early wake ups and departures. I would definitely return here for any adventures in the Chilean patagonia region.

We had a lovely stay! The room was clean, comfy, and private, which is exactly what you want after a long hike. The bathroom was small but very convenient. There's a clear attention to detail which was appreciated. Breakfast was simple but fantastic. Was able to store our luggage while on our multi-day trek. Great value.
