It has been the best place I have stayed in Patagonia. It truly feels like a home while being a respectful guesthouse. This is completely attributed to the owner Pancho who has created a small amazing welcoming environment that is like no other.

I felt sorry we could only stay at Pancho's before the W trek, as it was fully booked afterwards. This was definitely the best place we stayed during our 2-week trip to Argentina and Chile. The attitude goes a long way - he showed me how to use the gas stove and offered to take one of the lighters; when our USB adapter broke, he took out a box full of them from somewhere and gave us one. And last, but not least, we could use the storage for our suitcase while we were doing the W trek. Thank you so much, Pancho, it was a pleasure staying at your place!

this was my best stay in a 5 weeks trips. The host is incredible kind and will help you with anything you need. The hotel has great facilities (including 4 different coffee machines so that everyone can make their own preferred choice).

nothing it was perfect

This place was honestly heaven after the O trek. Pancho made sure we settled in nicely, offered to store our bigger backpacks before our trek, and is arranging for my partners hat to be sent to our next destination after he left it accidentally there. You can tell Pancho really cares about his guests given the attention to detail made to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are super clean, warm, and comfortable with comfy beds. Fresh towels are provided and even hairdryers. Shower is nice and hot with good pressure. So glad we changed our booking from a hotel to this place. It is much better than some high end hotels I have stayed at. We enjoyed a quick breakfast before having to rush off. Had I known it would be this nice I would have booked to stay longer! Thank you so much.

Everything at Treehouse was exceptional! It is very clean, breakfast is provided, and there are even lockers to keep your things while you go for your trek. Pancho is a great host and ensured we were well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

Treehouse felt like home away from home. It is clean, comfortable and the host friendly and accommodating. It is in a great location. It is the perfect spot for before and after a trek. The storage was safe and easy. The host even lent us his hiking poles!

Communication before our stay could have been better but staff was helpful during our stay.

My husband and I stayed at Treehouse Patagonia before and after the W trek. Pancho was friendly and helpful. The hostel is located close to the bus station (around a 10 minute walk). There are lots of lockers to store luggage while away on the trail. The wifi was decently fast. The room was well-heated and comfortable. Excellent value and would stay here again!

We reserved two rooms, one for us and one for our daughter. We felt it was a great value in a central location. Pancho was a very friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and caring host. We only stayed one night, and he made sure that we were taken care of and all our questions were answered. The abundant breakfast selection was laid out beautifully at the dining table, the lounge area was cozy and inviting, the bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds, the showers were hot, and the wifi was excellent. All the restaurant recommendations he pointed out were spot on. Would stay here again, and would highly recommend Treehouse.

Where to start: the owner is just very nice and helpful, the rooms are great, good beds, great showers, the breakfast is great, the common room is cozy, the WiFi works.. and lockers for when you go hiking for a few days in the national park.. in one word PERFECT!!

Everything is well thought out here. The decore is awesome. Breakfast in the morning. Bag storage since most people are going to Torres Del Paine. Cute cozy rooms with private bathrooms. Very nice back yard and communal space with eveything you could want. Pancho is awesome. So welcoming. So helpful and easy to talk with. He's created something very awesome in Puerto Natales.
