Everyone is super friendly :) The apartment was spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Plus, it's surrounded by great restaurants and convenient stores, it’s close to public transport, making it super convenient. Everything we needed was right there in the apartment, from kitchen essentials to comfy furnishings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfy, convenient stay! Would definitely book again when we are in Beijing :)

It was a pleasant surprise when we checked in as they had upgraded the room for us. Service was great; meticulous housekeeping and concierge was very helpful (we had help from them to order takeouts for some nights). Great location (within the five rings) and pictures of the room were pretty much accurate to how it was in real life. Will definitely book the place again if we return to Beijing.

Great choice for family as they have two bedroom rooms and facilities to make own breakfast. This was already our third time at Base Beijing. Our kids love this hotel for the rooms and the basement where they can play snooker. Staff is also really kind and helpful.

The staff were so helpful and kind to us! They helped us book taxis, book Summer Palace tickets as you needed a Chinese phone number. They all spoke English really well so was easy to communicate! So grateful for their help!

hmm cars find it difficult to get through the place as the road is narrow.

The wi fi could be a bit patchy but think this was more to do with the Chinese rules.

Great apartment with lots of space, very comfortable bed particularly as my husband is 6ft 4in and was long enough for him. The 24 hour reception and staff were very helpful booking taxis for us, there English was quoted good and what they didn’t understand we could use Google translate well. Location was great close to the centre, the forbidden palace, underground stations and lots of great restaurants. It is next to one of the last Hutongs left in the city which was interesting. We would highly recommend these apartments.

Stay in a hutong area amidst modern facilities, a clean well designed apartment room , great bed with mini kitchen. No complaints. Great staff and doorman, helpful informative . Wifi is china constricted hence use yr own data plan. Security is excellent and lots of local eateries nearby on either end of the street . Near to metros on either end. At night walking back is safe. Small shops selling beers and water open till late.

The property was in a good location, very clean and the staff were very good even with the language barrier. The manager Yvonne was extremely helpful and helped us plan day trips and arranged taxi’s, shows, Resturants and shopping.

Attention to Detail Needed in Room Cleaning While my overall experience at the hotel was excellent, I would like to highlight the importance of thoroughness in room cleaning. It's essential that cleaning staff pay attention to areas such as underneath the toilet seat. During my stay, I noticed traces of urine which required my personal attention to clean. Ensuring cleanliness in every aspect of the room would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Excellent Stay Experience at Central Hotel I had a truly fantastic stay at the hotel. My room was exceptionally spacious with a wonderful view, equipped with top-notch amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Situated in a highly convenient location, the hotel is within walking distance to tram lines 5, 6, and 8. Surrounding the hotel are numerous dining options, ranging from breakfast to dinner. This hotel has quickly become my favorite choice.
