I don't understand why the local travelers have no sense of cleaning up after themselves in the common bathroom leaving behind rubbish next to the sinks.

Clean. Everything works. Staff are friendly to recommend restaurants and way of accessing tourist sites. I understand toilet paper in the toilet cube is not exactly the "standard" in China. Good the toilet cubes here carry toilet paper.

Had such a good stay here, I booked this hostel after my other hostel cancelled my stay and I am very thankful that they did. I had such a good time here and met some great people, the rooms were clean and tidy, they were pretty spacious and the vibe all round was chilled and really social. Very good. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic. The staff is warm and thoughtful. It feels like you are at home. You can also watch folk performances and drink craft beer. I recommend everyone to stay.

My friend and I had such a great stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly, they gave us some great recommendations and even joined us when going out on some occasions. They also organise different activities on most evenings, which is great if you’re looking to meet more travellers. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back.

The bathroom is always wet and a bit smelly. There’s not enough space to store your things when showering and it’s complicated to shower comfortably.

The staff was super nice and the area is good. Super cheap! The common rooms are cool and the bed is good.

Not a social vibe at all. Just a bunch of Chinese students on phones in the lobby/study areas. Pretty boring. Also the shower/bathroom areas are pretty gross. Constantly someone coughing up a lung in the shower. The way the floor plan is set up makes it really hard to cultivate a cohesive atmosphere for solo travelers to meet each other.

Just like the name, this hostel oozes vibe of youth to every corner. Room interior also nice I like how they set the room lighting.

Smell of smoke even in the main bathroom downstairs by the bar. Got sick after a few days of staying here. No windows in the dorm so you are constantly breathing in recycled air.

Met some nice people. The private rooms are better; I was much more comfortable after changing to a private room with a window.

Toilets very dirty cos too many people and they did not clean it regularly. The floor at toilet always wet. Location is near metro but not super near any place of interest. Some staff at the reception are not so knowledge.

Very comfortable bed. Some staffs are very friendly. Give me free wash (x2) cos cannot use their washing machine using their local app. Their 2nd level has very nice library.

- The location is not great for tourism in my opinion. West Lake is too far by foot, and by subway it's not direct. Hangzhou is the only city in China where I couldn't get a DiDi so I ended up walking close to 20km during the day I was there and taking very inefficient buses. - The bedroom doors are SLAMMING and making so much noise at night. There should be a different system to make them close slowly and without so much noise. I was woken up a dozen times during the night by these doors closing in the whole hallway, even with ear plugs.

One of my cheapest stays in China, but the place still looked nice and is clean. There are curtains for each bed in the bunk rooms and a towel is provided. A/C. Direct via subway from Hangzhou East train station.

The reception's staff are very kind, especially Miss Du. The music played in the hostel is very comfortable. It seems not to exist, but it seems to exist.
