How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room is small, better to take the one with the window, otherwise a feeling of claustrophobia may develop) however it seems to be quite good to spend one night. The breakfast is poor for non-chinese taste. Mostly local food is there. But this are just small nuances
Perfect and convenient location for the early morning flights! the Room and the hotel itself are very very clean, which is a big plus. A wondeful garden terrace (inside the airport hotel) is good for the fresh air.

Very dirty room, flooring with sand, cockroach in the bathroom, making my child scream… No fridge in the room.. The bed was clean.
Location is perfect, just inside the airport terminal.

After read reviews, I thought it would be difficult to find the hotel but it was not. The best location if you have early flight, Breakfast was really good. All my colleagues enjoyed it.

The hotel being located inside the airport terminal building, compromises will have been made in the size of the rooms. The one I stayed in felt very small. It took a medium height person less than 9 steps to reach the bed from the door. Width wise, probably 4 steps between two walls. It was supposed to be a double room but it would feel rather cramped with two adults in it. Sound-proof could be improved. Ear plugs are recommended.
Located within the airport terminal building, it is extremely convenient for air travellers. The departure lounges are only a couple of floors up. The shower was very good. The bed was comfy.

I think it's overpriced. I understand why the room is tiny, but for this price it is expected to be cleaner.
I appreciated the chance to relax and taking a shower between flights. The location is very convenient, short distance from baggage claim (I came from international) and check-in for next flight (domestic).

> This place is NOT soundproof! Bring ear plugs or suffer badly! You can hear people all the time > If you have a room with the window the curtains are NOT black out. Sun up and bright! > For a new hotel it's pretty average overall. But ok for one night if you have to fly early / late > rooms are very small (even the double)

thin walls between rooms
We stayed at the hotel because of an inconvenient transfer to another flight. What struck us was how huge the hotel was for an airport😁😁😁

Breakfast had little choice for no meat eaters.
Brilliant value for money in the best location for a relaxing layover. Really friendly staff and had all the facilities we needed.

Perfect stay for those who have an overnight layover in Beijing. Very nice hotel, rooms equipped perfectly and have everything you might need for your stay. I didn’t have the time to use it, but it also provides spa services, nicely equipped mini-gym area as well as several vending machines throughout the hotel.

Room was not soundproof. I heard everything happening next door. When they opened and closed their door multiple times at 1:00AM, it felt like my door had opened and closed. It seems there was ample availability of empty rooms. Perhaps guests could be staggered?

Hotel do not have lobby reachable by car, you have to carry all the luggages and walk over, which is not advisable travelling with families with kids and elderly.
