Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFor a layover in the airport, this hotel is excellent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. You can't beat proximity to the check in counters. The rooms are relatively small but that's to be expected in an airport hotel. The whole hotel was lovely and clean.

United StatesHotel is in second floor. You can ask any assistant at the airport for direction to hotel. Room is small and cozy. There are shower and A/C in the room. The hotel is great for waiting for the next flight.

Since it’s an airport hotel people keep coming in at all time of day/night and you can hear them very loudly in the room:( The toilet and bathroom is separated by a glass cubicle yet there is rather unpleasant smell in the room specially at night. JapanWi-fi connection wasn’t work. I went to lobby for help but answer was short: we can do nothing for you. Next day I asked few persons who stayed same hotel they had told me same.
It is great, very convenient location. Bedding very clean and bed was comfortable and I got great sleep.
