Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Location, location, location. The hotel is situated within 5 minutes from the airport, you do not need to exit the airport at all. The hotel was grand, it looked amazing, every single part of it. The rooms were spacious and the interior design was pleasing. Mixing Chinese with Western elements. Service was also excellent, the staff were all very helpful. Restaurant in the Hotel was outstanding. Especially the Peking Duck, although you have to make a reservation in advance.

MalaysiaThis is a seniors view. Young people probably love this . The light switches are plentiful. As “seniors” with not so great eyesight, needed reading glasses to read the switches to turn on/off correct lightings .
Amazing entrance with an impressive “bookshop”. Attentive and helpful staff. Very quickly made arrangements to change the soft bed to a firmer one.

The location is right in the airport, there is a sign to follow right after you come out of the arrival. You don't even need to get out the terminal building. The entrance to the hotel was like a door to a magical kingdom, I was shocked at the design how beautiful it was. the swimming pool was big and had amazing design, was a little cold though. but the long opening hour of 9 in the morning til 9 in the evening was really good. The design in the room was stunning too.
