The food was great, free access to the gym and the pool, the room was cleaned everyday, washing machine is in the room, great staff. Additionally, no problems with the return of the deposit: I paid by cash, the return was in cash as well.

The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are quite unusual with the little stairway up to the bed which also retracts into the wall it was convenient having the microwave and hotplate. On request you can have pans, cutlery etc.the washing machine and dryer in the room are a bonus. Cynthia /Celia (not sure of her name) at reception went beyond to help us. Also jo the Concierge was extremely helpful with directions and info. We had a problem with Didi and he rang them on our behalf to sort out an overcharge. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

I fell sick during my stay and the room/bed was so comfortable it truly didnt feel bad staying in. The gym was excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The nearest two stations (jianguomen and chaoyanmen) are a distance away, like 15 min away but the path was lined with cherry blossoms while I was there so I enjoyed the walk back. One you hit the stations, the main attractions are few stops away.

I felt so cozy and welcomed! Nice staff, willing to help and accommodate. I loved the Chinese breakfast and the gym was astounding! It was great to be able to use the laundry. The bed was sooooi comfortable. I will stay here again in the future, thanks!!

This was a rare find. We like to explore new hotels for a night out and we were very impressed. The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful. The rate was low for such a nice accommodation.

I think the sound insulation betwen rooms needs to be upgraded as it was sometimes hard for me to fall asleep because of noisy people.

The welcome drink was a small warm beer or soda. The breakfast could have better coffee. The room had a kettle, but the coffee and tea were not refreshed each day. It also didn't have dish soap or a towel for use in the kitchen. The cleaners washed our dishes every day.

We liked that the room was comfortable, clean, and had very good amenities. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

LiveFortuna is located in a residential area with the children's hospital across the road, so there are many parents with kids around. The train is necessary to get to main areas of interest such as Sanlitun, Forbidden City, Tianamen Square etc. The closer station is Jiangoumen station (Line 1 & 2) around 10-15min walk away using backstreets. Chaoyangmen is also walkable distance with similar ~15min walk (for Line 6 & 2). There are many restaurant options on Yabao Rd. A standard room is modern but on the small side if you are a couple.

-The stuff doesn;t speak english. It was a shock for us, as the hotel is deluxe and recieves many foreigners. But they are all very polite and really trying to help in everything you ask so you can overpass it by using google tranlsate :)

The room its temperature very hot because no ac in the winter time, and no humidifier thats made me my throat dry and difficult to sleep hopefully they instal ac on and humidifier or exhaust installed. Thats only the problem for us for 3nite cannot sleep well

The rooms are nice and clean. They do get quite warm because the bed is in a cubby like setting so the warm air can get trapped so we slept without heater and had the window open to allow fresh air in.

The facility was amazing - Gym fantastic - would have loved to go in summer to try the pool with the rooftop open. Location has plenty to eat near by and everything is a short Didi ride away, if no traffic. Staff extremely friendly and pleasant to work with.

The location was perfect, room super clean. Breakfast had different choices, salty and sweet Very nice staff- very comfortable place to be! We would be back to the same hotel for our next stay in Bejing
