The accommodation is located directly in a mall and is within walking distance of the subway. The rooms are functional and reasonably priced. There are plenty of dining options in the mall, as well as a supermarket.

Great place. The location was a little difficult to find at first. It’s a hotel located inside another hotel located inside a mall. I recommend using the other hotel name/ address. It’s much easier to find that way.

No small fridge in the room, There is a kettle but no cups. Bed is very very noisy and squeaky Very loud guests and staff doesn't care, walls are tiny so it is very very loud during the night. Room not cleaned only toilet roll added and towels replaced daily nothing more. For almost the same price you can have 4* hotel in the same building on lower floors. It is good hotel but need some upgrades.

Very good location close to the metro station line 5/10. Nearby 2 shopping mall (1in the same building). A lot of places to eat! Taxi from DIDI app around Y80 so if you travel as a pair doesn't have a sense to take a train just order a taxi. Room has good size but smaller than on pictures, there is no tv only projector what I prefer.

The bathroom floor would be flooded after a shower, however the water did drain quickly. Very difficult to find the location of the hotel if you do not read Chinese, should provide clearer instructions that this hotel is located inside another hotel and need to take an elevator to get up there.

Large and comfortable bed, hotel room had everything you needed. Location was close to subway station, malls and shopping centres.

We didn’t manage to close the window so the room was super cold, but this might have been fixable if we’d asked the staff about this. The hot water in the shower only lasted about 5 mins each time, so one person bearly got one full shower.

Room is really small for 4 people. No place for luggages to open. Even table to have snacks or a bite is not for 4.

Location is great. Close to MRT. Friendly and helpful staff. In the same building as the shopping mall. And another shopping mall minutes away.

I paid booking.com then paid twice. Staff said booking come pay your money back in24 hour but still my money did not come back into my account.

Staffs were good and helpful, location of the hotel was good, room size was adequate.

Facilities in the room was not adequate, there should have been some utensils like spoon plates knifes etc. It would be even better if a small frieze was provided. No facilities for hanging cloths.

Items like toothbrushes, and toothpaste were handed to guests rather than being placed in the room. The address was a little challenging to find

Small room. Bathroom small.

Very good location. Next to shopping mall. Easy to find good places to eat and metro is near. Personel very helpful and do their best to help even if they don't speak english. Chang did her best to help us and even gave advise about subway.

The name of hotel was different than what is shown in the picture. There are 3 hotels in a building and no one speaks English. It was very difficult for the first time to find it. It did not mention that the hotel is on 8th floor. Bath room and toilets were clean but smell very bad maybe because of pipes.

Very polite and kind boss and kind staffs too. They even helped me change dollars when i need rmb. You must use translator to communicate with them. 24 hours front desk is always at your service.

After having shower the bathroom is a complete mess , it's just wet everywhere and the drying system is not the best , I guess it's something they have to review , also it's very difficult to communicate with the staff need to translate almost every word you say

The personnel were very kind and attentive. They made sure that everything went right with my room and they also had the kindness to show me some tips for my first days in China. They are a sunshine ❤️. The hotel facilities are very nice, always super clean and very very close to the subway station. In addition to this there are many places for you to go for breakfast/lunch/dinner in the area. 100% recommended
