Wi-fi is very weak but i used mobile phone instead. Might a bit challenging to find first time.

Great location. Very convenient if you arrive to convention center. Also many shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to all major places of interest. Also ask for instructions on how to find them, it will save you a lot of time.

Address and name of property given could have been better. Driver initially took us to the wrong place and spent some time driving around before we found the apartment.

2 bedroom apartment was great and cleaning auntie was generous with the bottled water provided during the stay. Super convenient location which was near to the metro station.

Pillows were a bit too soft. Could have better sound insulation from the main doors and they were slightly squeaky. If there were 2 more seats for the dining table would be better.

Was a bit challenging if you don't know any mandarin. You will need the address and name of the hotel in mandarin for the taxi driver to bring you. My mandarin was half cooked so was able to get to it. Lifts were a bugger because they were super slow and really pending on luck if it is crowded. Once you arrive on level 10 where reception is located far end of the hallway. If you don't have any mandarin capabilities, you will struggle in Shenzhen. International credit cards are a bit of a struggle so make sure you install WeChat where you will need your credit card details. Once you set this up payment is a breeze. Apartment looked very spacious in the photos but there were not huge, however very cosy and enjoyable We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which has 1 bathroom, separate kitchen and separate laundry area in a sort of a balcony area. rooms did not have room to maneuverer around. you can always use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth and washup as a backup. There was aircon in the apartment but did not have time to figure where the switches or how to operate. We went during winter time so it was cool/cold enough not to use the aircon. Beds were very comfy but pillows was a tad too soft. blankets were more than sufficient to keep you warm. Beds were set in a corner so whoever sleeping on the inside need to climb over the other to get out. Noise from the outside windows were quite insulated from noise but the main door was a shame because every time some leave or enter their apartments it was noticeable. I had ear plugs which I manage to get around. There is a dining table which has only 2 seats and a couch which can fit 2 adults a kid. Overall I wouldn't mind staying in this place again.

You could only borrow a steamer rather than an iron. Which is only an issue if you need a very pressed cotton shirt for the evening. Otherwise the facilities are excellent and I will stay again

Very nice modern apartment in complex with blackout curtains and steps away from Gangxia station (exit B). And a fun challenge operating without Mandarin! Good value for money. They helpfully sent directions which were essential because the map location shown on booking com is wrong and the building isn't that obviously signposted.

The apartment when looked closely not super clean. Toilet in same space with shower, unable to go to toilet with wet floor after shower.

Very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Nice restaurants close by. MTR station in 5 minutes walk, few massage places in the next building. Can easily walk between buildings in the garden floor (6th floor). When order online shoppings, can collect from the hub which is located in the next building too.

The WiFi did not work unfortunately. Although it would allow our phones to join it wouldn’t provide internet. As great as everything was this really was a let down. As well as this the location on the website is incorrect for the accommodation and we had difficulties finding it.

Wet room (ie shower over toilet) - but more the fact that this was not shown in the pictures. Charger provided (which was great at first) but had to pay! 6rmb for 5hrs. Never seen this before (we could not fit our 2 prong plug in so had no choice) Entrance is hard to find, no signage to say only one lift can be used with no card, reception has no signage. Extra confusing cos it's not really a hotel, it's rooms in a apartment building.

Excellent location, new, clean, good price. Apartment facilities (washing machine, stove) and balcony.

To find the place is hard, even with a map and directions that I asked before coming. The security guard at the ground floor entrance was confused.

The location is really good in Shenzhen. The building is new and the rooms are clean and equipped with many appliances. I particularly liked the projector and the washing machine inside the room. The view is also quite nice and the staff was friendly.

The room was very nice and fully equipped; the girl at the reception despite no speaking english was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was not well cleaned , so I asked if they could clean it and leave it perfect. Location is very good and price was worth it

The rooms were not as clean as expected. The kitchen lacked amenities, devoid of spoons, chopsticks, plates, or any cutlery. It was peculiar to provide a kitchen without such essentials. The washing machine was satisfactory, but there was no dryer or alternative means to dry clothes, such as a line or drying rack.

Incorrect address resulted in DiDi dropping us off at a park. Very rude staff. False advertising to include convention center in the name - it is no way connected to the convention center.
