Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Quiet, great movie selection, thoughtful staff, some eateries just below the building and a local village night market across the roads. It’s good if you’re visiting Nanshan and BaoAn areas. A little far if you’re spending more time in Futian or Luohu area.

IsraelSome of the rooms had a strong musty smell, but the staff promptly addressed this by offering to change our rooms. However, only providing one room key was disappointing, as it meant we couldn't access the room separately when needed.
The staff were fantastic—helpful, kind, and ready to assist with any request or issue. The hotel is centrally located in Nanshan, with taxis and a metro station nearby. Starbucks, McDonald's, bubble tea shops, coffee shops, 7-Eleven, and a spa are all conveniently close.

SwitzerlandThere was someone smoking in one of the rooms above or below us and we could smell that through the shower drain on a couple of days. Probably not regular, but wasn't pleasant.
Location and comfort is great. They come change your towels every day which is awesome. There is also a washing machine so taking care of what we need is very easy.
