Great stay, the hosts arrange for free transportation to and from the hotel, it is very clean! Host was even kind enough to let me pay by card for exchange for cash as it’s a little town that does not accept cash! Very welcoming and friendly hosts too! :) wish i stayed longer but I was just on a layover

I loved how close it was to the airport and how incredible the taxi service provided by the staff was. They were willing to pick us up at a late time (1 am) no problem. And the next day we wanted to see the pandas at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Pandas and they gave us a ride to the train station and gave us a detailed map with directions of how to get there. They let us store our bags with them all day and then met us back at the airport station to bring our bags back to us! It was exceptional service provided by the B&B, I was super impressed. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and for helping us get around so efficiently! They also gave us these cute pandas head bands for free 😊

Great for an overnight airport stay at Chengdu TFU. Just looking for a cheap price room with free shuttle as was only going to be there for less than 7/8 hours. This was perfect for the price. About 20 mins one way ride from the airport so allow for this in your timings. But the guys will pick you up and drop you off whatever time of the day or night. I got in late and they even offered to go and get me some food from the local village. A work mate stayed a few days later and had more time there and they even took him for food in the village. Room was clean and tidy with aircon and shower. So really nice people and I'd rather give my money to these guys than a chain hotel at the airport.

Staying in this hotel was a pleasure. The host provided a transfer from the airport and to the airport. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The room in the hotel was spacious and very clean.

Communication was a little difficult at times just because this is a slightly remote area and we didn't speak any Chinese. Not their fault! But it would be super helpful if the hotel could provide a map and more information about local restaurants, tours and activities in English.

We were here to rest for the day between flights. They picked us up from the airport which was lovely, though it took a bit of time to sort out due to our lack of Chinese (which if I had prepared properly by installing a translator and a vpn would not have been an issue). The hotel seemed remarkably far away for an airport hotel. The room was very comfortable and big considering how cheap it was, and had a nice view of the rainforest. We couldn't find the staff for a long time and didn't know where to go for any food, but eventually we managed to message them and they brought us a mountain of incredibly cheap delicious local food.

- communication could have been better. I asked about some things before arrival and none of my questions was answered - it was freezing cold in the room when I came in but I managed to heat it up with AC

- very comfortable and clean - hot water in the shower - good WiFi - punctual pick up and drop off at the airport (I had flight at 7am so I had to leave very early) - toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, towels, shampoo, shower gel and bottled water provided - I liked the location. It’s on more rural area. I had a walk around and it was a very interesting experience comparing to bigger cities

The location is a bit rural and boring. Not much to do. Wet floor type bathroom with the shower by the toilet.

Everything was good. I got the free airport pick up and was dropped off. I was there just for a day. Not much to see in the small town. The staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
