The hosts were very kind and helpful, helped us organise and order dinner and delivered to room. The airport transfer to and from hotel is about 15min and is such a good facility to have. We would stay again.

The hosts are very helpful and nice. They offer a pick up and drop off service to TFU airport when we stayed there. We told them we dont eat certain foods and they understood and helped us pick a delicious meal.

The cleaning could be better, but it's more than ok for Chinese standards.

Free shuttle is a plus. The hotel is 15/20 minutes drive to the airport. I've arrived at 2am, once found the exit (exit 13 on the departure floor Terminal1) the guy was quick to arrive. They also brought me back to the airport metro station in the morning after check-out. The girl at the reception was very nice. The room was big and clean enough, the bathroom was OK. For 1 night it's OK, I haven't seen any restaurant or other facility for breakfast. Good value for money.

Everything was good and it is quiet , and they respond well to any requests . I have stayed there three times on my latest trip . The last stay was also good , the room was clean and prepared except there was no towel , nor cup and only a small toilet roll , however when I asked about them they were immediately attended too

I had dinner not breakfast , last time I stayed I had breakfast . They have a pictorial menu that you can choose from for items for breakfast lunch or dinner and then someone local makes it up and they deliver it to your room . There are a range of both Chinese cuisine and Western dishes to choose from.

It was at night, the transit was at 12 o'clock. At first we were placed in a very smoky room, which did not correspond to the one we had rented based on the photo in the app. They responded to the objection and immediately moved us to a room that was more spacious and without the smell of cigarettes.

The hotel provide airport transfer. The staff is very nice and willing to send u to their town to get around. the facilities all is good, just the toilet is open concert, if come with friend or family member, i think is not so convenience although on hiding place but cant close it.

But also the setting is a very nice entry into China because it is in a local village so there were trees and birds and small vegetable patches from my window , that was being tended to by a local woman , quite pictiresque

The personal touch of the owner/manager. Was rather late arriving Tianfu Airport. Got in touch with manager for pickup; missed his car arriving, and he got down to look for me, even asking the bystanders. Much appreciated. The ride to the hotel was about 15 min. The lady boss was very friendly, checking-in for me was smooth. Room was relatively small but for one individual it was great. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean. Location of hotel is in a small town, and I woke up to rooster crow - a warmth feeling. A morning stroll in the quite town was refreshing. I booked a ride back to the airport at noon. The manager was busy and the lady boss actually booked a cab for me instead without charging me. It was a nice stay for me, and the friendliness of the manager/boss made it even more pleasant. Highly recommend.

There isn't really anything. Communication may be a little difficult if you don't speak Chinese, but that's the same all over China.

Amazing place to stay. I was picked me up from the airport and taken me back to the airport the next day, the hotel was nice, clean and the room was big. The people were so incredibly kind and went above and beyond to look after me. They went to get me some food on the morning and made me feel very welcome. All of this for such a great price. Highly, highly recommended if you are travelling to or have a long layover in Chengdu. I really hope to return to stay here again, hopefully for a little longer so I can see some of Chengdu next time.

Bathroom and floors in the room could be cleaner. The tap was just a weird pipe, the body soap was almost empty.

Friendly stuff, picked up at the airport and brought back there next day (even though it wasn’t the owner himself, just drivers he asked to give a lift), was always in comms.

It was very cold at the room, and we smell a sigaretes souround the hotel. There wasnt any breakfast at all. And there wasnt late dinner as we asked to and as they have promised to us.

We had to stay for 1 night between our flights. We've chosen Airport Dream B&B and it was a great decision! Transfer was arranged for us both from and to the airport. We came pretty late, but they prepared us dinner considering our special needs (my husband doesn't eat meat). Finally, I've asked the owner how I could (if it is even possible) request a cake delivery (my husband had a Birthday the day we were departing). Instead of just sharing with me info he proposed to organize everything. I'm so grateful! In the morning we went down to the registration deck and saw an owner, the cake, candies and flowers. Music was playing and he recorded everything for us on a video. My husband was so pleased! We had a wonderful experience.
