Maybe have some more options at the bar such as water bottles and juice. But the hostel was located next to a convenience store so we could get plenty of groceries there.

Such a wonderful experience. Very good location and friendly staff. Great value for the money. We had a large private room. The air conditioning worked very well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed having the bar downstairs.

The cleanliness of the living room needs to be improved. The waitress with white spots is not very enthusiastic

The style of the first floor bar is very stunning. The male waiters on the night shift are very enthusiastic and provide excellent service, which is commendable. The accommodation location is relatively convenient for taking a taxi within the first ring road, but unfortunately the sign is a bit small and difficult to find

Nothing as the Aircon in my previous stay has improve n everything was good already...

Very practical n staff were good...need to walk 10-15 min to MTR but I like the added exercise...

Aircon was not cold...location around 10 min walk from mtr station...a bit hard to find but maybe it was me...

Damon the manager was really great helping me out on my trip to jiuzhaigou as well as the staff in d lobby helping me book panda as I didn't have WeChat pay...

Nothing!! All was good!!!!

All staffs were supporting and very nice!! Especially Damon and Green. They supported us a lot!!! The accommodation location was nice and located in the nice spot which is easy to access to Walmart, Temple, walking street, restaurant, convenient store,etc. They are modifying the lobby now so I am sure that you will enjoy and have a good time here!!

Room was a bit dirty and dilapidated. Air-conditioning dripped on my luggage and left me with some wet clothes.

Very plush for a hostel and in a good location with lots of eateries around. One free cup of coffee per person, even if booking says breakfast included, but there are many excellent (and incredibly cheap!) breakfast places around. My teenage daughter reminds me to ‘mention the cat’ - very lovely cat available on the premises 😃

Lightning in the room was poor and one of the windows couldn't close fully which resulted in cool air entering in.

The location was very convenient near a couple of metro stations, very close to Wenshu monastery and lots of food options in the area. Special thanks to Laura who was very kind and she helped me change my accommodation quickly.

It may be because we visited in low season, but we found the rooms and the hotel as a whole to be quite cold. The heating in our room didn’t work and also we struggled shutting the window properly. A personal preference, but I would have liked the water in the shower to be hotter.

Location was fairly central, only about 15 minutes walk from the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Laundry facilities and gym were both a good touch.

Room seemed ok at first, but then found I had only 3 pieces of toilet paper. Room very cold and AC didn't heat room at all. I saw all the different activities on the wall and asked a lady (Western.... maybe a volunteer?) if there was any activities planned for the day/evening... I was just told, no. There was no proactive up selling or recommendations of tours/alternative activies we could do. I work at a very busy similar establishment and we try give our guests as much information as possible and upsell to boost income.
