My stay at the Wenjun Courtyard hotel was truly amazing! Frank, Kimberley, Zoey and Bella made sure to help me with all my questions and cleared up any uncertainties I had, even before I checked in. The building itself is clean, perfectly located in Chengdu and has a lot of charme! We had the hotel arrange a driver to get us to Qingchenshan and also booked tickets for the Panda Base and Sichuan Opera with their help, all of which we would do again. I plan on visiting Chengdu again in the future and for sure will be booking the same hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay with the hotel in all aspects, from pick up to room and also the food. Besides, the reception team Frank Kimberley Zoey are helpful and friendly. Also special thanks to Ou for helping us to retrieve our laundry bag in one of the nights. Together with the great location, will surely stay again if we visit here in the future.

Beautiful courtyard hotel in a perfect location, very helpful staff and delicious breakfast buffet. Totally recommend! Room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were out of this world making our stay super comfortable and enjoyable! They went out of their way to help us book tickets and gave us great local recommendations, really taking all our stress away. They also spoke great English The room was spacious, bed was very big and most importantly spotless. When arriving there was fresh fruit in our room along with bottles of water that were replenished each day. We also made use of the transfer service from both the airport (TFU) and to the local train station, we found it to be really cheap! Special thanks to the Manager and Kimberly for making our stay really memorable :).

Frank the manager was really awesome. He was attentive to guests’ needs. He helped me shipped my souvenirs to my hotel in Guangzhou and he even gave us Panda plushies!! Breakfast is enough, not fancy but enough to start the day. There are shops around and Sichuan Opera was just walking distance!! Thank you Frank!! I’ll be back!!

Hotel may look old, but that is the uniqueness of the hotel - Chinese traditional feel.

Great service from the staff members - Frank, Joey & Kimberley. All speak good English and able to arrange travel services. Feel very homey with good breakfast, free milk every night and free laundry. We even got a free panda toy when we check out!

Frank, Kim and Joey were very helpful and friendly, I dumped quite frankly too much laundry to expect them to clean for a free service yet they didn't charge me extra. Highly recommend for the beautiful courtyard view and the helpful, friendly staff.

Minor issues - Toilet has no proper holder, room a bit dated but clean. The complimentary transfer upon our arrival had some issues as there was no prior clear instructions given so we were quite lost upon arriving at train station - but it was all properly resolved by Frank after i called the hotel.

The staff are superb; especially Kimberly and Frank, always going the extra mile to look after us. They are very approachable, very friendly, very helpful and always make us feel at home. The staff helped us booked some tours too. On top of that, whenever i ask for directions to some places, they will send me the map directions via wechat. Frank and Kimberly are also very knowledgeable when i asked them regarding feedback/insights on some places i wanna visit. I had an episode of fish bone piercing into my gum in between my molar teeth - Kimberly was very concerned and wanted me to go to the nearest hospital but i decided to go to the dental clinic the next day instead since it is late already - the next day, the staff (another 2 persons at the reception) helped me contact the nearest dental clinic for an appointment to extract the fish bone out. The staff from reception, to kitchen, to breakfast area, to luggage handling uncle are always very pleasant and happy to help; thus making our stay a very memorable and beautiful experience. There are also free afternoon tea and laundry service provided. The service was so excellent that i decided to stay one more night at this hotel instead of moving to the airport hotel to catch an early flight - after Frank told me to consider staying one more night with them. I even took cooking lessons with my daughter at this hotel with the chef teaching us how to cook 3 dishes. I am looking at coming back to Chengdu next time with my parents and would definitely stay here again. Awesome work guys! Keep up the great job!

Best location, food, laundry services, staff and costume dress up! We had Frank, Leo & Kimberley and they were amazing for our stay. We were able to get day tours through the hotel and they showed us the public transport system (metro) which was super easy to use. Best food for vegetarian as well. Thanks for having us!

The property was located in a fantastic location, conveniently located near the metro and easily accessible to cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. The customer service was excellent. Both Kimberley and Frank were both welcoming and accomodating which made the stay a lot more comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and nice throughout the duration of the trip. They provided quick and useful service whenever it was required. I would 100% recommend this to any travellers coming to Chengdu, this was absolutely worth every penny.

❤️ at 1st sight , perfect and central location for tourists from near or far (international travellers) I was truly lucky cos I booked one☝️tour and the van just waited opposite the hotel entrance , so blessed for us. 🆓 airport pick up or drop off is the Best Service offer ever I had in my travel journey … I will definitely choose this hotel again if I ever visit Chengdu again✌️

Everything. 1) The room and bathroom are very well cleaned everyday. 2) They replenish bottles of water, fresh bath towels, bedroom slippers everyday. 3) The breakfast spread is good and changed daily. 4) The staffs are very friendly, welcoming and sincere. They are always polite and greet their guests with smiles. Especially Joey who is so helpful and made our stay an even more pleasant one.
