The owner is really friendly! He picked us up from the airport, helped to order a food and gave us panda's gift 🐼 the location is a walking distance from a small town. Quiet and good to take a rest. Beds are super comfy and it's really clean

I was prompted to book this hotel based on the reviews i read. I wasn’t disappointed in any way by my choice. I was picked up at the airport by Wang as promised and was met with generous hospitality and service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and my stay was very comfortable. He even arranged a delicious breakfast of dumpling soup to be delivered to my room in the morning. When we arrived at the hotel at around 11pm my room had been warmed up in advance as it was a little cold. I was also given Tea and asked if i needed any food etc… It was very reassuring to have such a helpful and friendly host as i’d never been to china before and was a bit uncertain how to navigate my way around the systems etc… The next morning I walked into town and visited the market and various shops. It was a truly delightful experience full of memorable sights and interesting characters I highly recommend this hotel. 5 star Service. Big , clean and comfortable room as well.

Its very strange but there is no door between the room and bathroom so its a little uncomfortable to use the facilities if you are not alone.

The staff are just incredible - we were met at the airport by a private transfer free of charge. The check-in was smooth even though we had to communicate through the translation in the phone. It was late at night and the lady took me to the nearby 24 hour shop to buy some things (you can only pay with app so I couldn't do it myself). In the morning the staff helped us order breakfast. The staff are so kind I haven't had this type of service even in 5 star hotels! The room was large, clean, and spacious.

I stayed in this hotel for one night because I had a long layover at the airport and I never regretted it. Absolutely charming people who showed true hospitality, I was even very sad to leave this wonderful place. Thank you for the warm welcome and care!

It is situated a bit far from the airport, but as host take us from the airport with the car we did not experience any inconvenience.

Our staying was perfect! Very nice place for staying overnight. In the room you can find everything that you need. The host picked us up from the airport, on our very late arrival to the hotel we got nice Chinese tea. The room was clean and warm.

They went above and beyond! We had a 24 hour layover in Chengdu and booked this hotel. The gentleman who worked there picked us up from the airport at midnight, took us back to the hotel, made sure we felt comfortable and safe, settled us into our room with hot tea and fruit. Let us borrow money to buy some snacks on the way because no one took card and we didn't have cash. & Then in the morning asked us if we needed food. Drove us into town to get some food and to a couple of supermarkets and helped translate for us, took us back to the airport the next night and then on top of all that, didn't ask for any money or tips for everything he did. (Of course we gave him a big tip for his Kindness!) If you have a layover, definitely 100% stay here! They are amazing!

The airport/hotel is around an hour from the actual city of Chengdu however, and there's only a small town.

The hotel was great value, had excellent facilities, and the staff were lovely. If you're just dropping in for an airport layover it's perfect.

Everything was perfect

Loved staying here. The host was so friendly and picked us up from the hotel free of charge and dropped us off! He even brought us a gift to take home with us 🙂🙂. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you are on a transit flight and don't have much time as it's close to the airport (20 mins). Thank you so much ❤️

Nothing at all. But for the best experiences for the guests in the future, if there are usb sockets or universal sockets for charging our phones, it would be great. At our stay, I charged on usb socket that was on cable receiver. It charges slowly, but by the time you get up, it will be fully charged.

Wang went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and special. That is totally his genuine kindness and friendly nature. His cat "Pi dan" came with him to pick us up at the airport. We are forever grateful for his hospitality. We wish him the best and we will definitely visit him again very soon. It was our pleasure and wonderful experience meeting him and Pi dan!!!

The property was as per the pictures. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. You get all the amenities you need like toothbrush, towels, kettle, slippers etc. The bed was clean and comfortable but above all these, the exceptional part was the hosting. William (Wang) was super accommodating. He picked and dropped us off to the airport as scheduled, recommended us to places to eat and ensured we were back safely and not lost (we went out strolling). He even lend us cash as we needed cash to get around the little town. Shops and restaurants do not take cards. He even ensured breakfast was brought to our room the next morning! We will definitely recommend this hotel. These are sincere and honest people who want to look after their guests. It is much better to support local small businesses than those chain hotels where we are just a number.

A very good experience. Contact them in advance, and they will send a special car to pick you up and take you to the airport the next day. It's great to have a special car to pick you up, and it's free. It's very cost-effective. I recommend this hotel.
