Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The personnel, especially Lily and Leo are amazing, very attentive and extremely helpful, especially considering that you arrive into a new country you know nothing about. Totally recommended, I would repeat there.

The location and staff are first class. Close to Metro and main attractions you also get a feel for local life. The staff are friendly and helpful. especially Leo who reached out prior to my stay to a help arrange tickets in advance. Have no complaints. Early checkin and late departue weren't a problem. Small friendly hotel in a great location.

Malaysia- small toilet that got wet easily. Suggest to improve waterproofing - breakfast was the same for the 5 days we stayed there. Suggest for hotel to provide some daily variations
- Well situated near the metro Zhangzizhonglu (line 5) station which is a few stops to all the main attractions - lots of eateries down the road - helpful staff which made a difference. Leo helped us booked tickets to Forbidden city in advance. We could also communicate easily in english. He also organized a small birthday treat for my sister which was a delightful surprise and made it all the more memorable - big Wumart supermarket about 10 mins walk when you turn left after exiting hotel

GermanyOur stay at this little hotel was an unfortunately very short but great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel a little more immersed into the local culture compared to what you would expect from “normal” hotels. We definitely want to come again. Our room was in the basement, which made it super quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room was “clean” however the vinyl floor had many stains of what i can only interpret to be burn marks from cigarettes, considering other reviews that mentioned smell of cigarettes in their room. Our room did NOT smell of that. The bathroom looked worn down, but was clean. For the breakfast i would have liked more options, but it was okay. Standard is (I assume chinese style breakfast) with dumplings, salad, a slice of bread, pieces of dragonfruit and coffee. It was tasty but we took the fruit option for the next days with a yoghurt, banana, orange and grapes, as it is lighter. The communication was actually very nice and friendly with the whole staff. Translator apps help alot but simple English worked as well. Leo, the owner speaks good English. He was very helpful and forthcoming. To the whole staff a big thanks :) looking forward to seeing you all again.

The hotel itself is a perfect blend of traditional Chinese architecture with modern amenities.. our room was cozy and comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Whether it was giving directions, offering local recommendations or just simply greeting us with a smile. From the time that I booked Leo the owner of the hotel already helped me planning our itinerary of our Beijing trip, he even booked us in advance tickets for The Forbidden City, and gave me helpful advices, he’s really an angel. so with Julie and the other receptionist and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the moment we checked it and throughout our stay. They were always available to answer questions, give recommendations, or assist with any requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.

SingaporeThere is nothing I didn't like. However, to help them to improve their service, I suggest that the two small round coffee tables in the courtyard be replaced by bigger ones. They are a bit small to place the breakfast trays and cups when 3 or more people are sitting around the tables.
All the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. In particular, Leo, Jully, and Small Raccoon went all the way to help us on many matters, including booking tickets, hailing a taxi, how to use a navigation app, etc. They were very patient and prompt in offering help. They even gave my daughter a birthday gift! It's very lovely and thoughtful of them. Another positive point about the hotel is that its location is excellent as it is very near subway stations and many tourist sites. It made our one-week stay in Beijing truly enjoyable and memorable. I will recommend the hotel to my relatives and friends.

Czech RepublicThe room in lowered first floor was hard to ventilate. Aircon had to run almost all the time but that was only minor problem. Breakfast was tasty but same every day. No place to store things outside luggage and luggage itself. But for single or short stays no issue.
Hotel is nice and in great place. Very friendly and helpfull staf. Manager - Leo - have a great team. English was no problem and they were able to advice or help 24/7. Hotel was smaller but tiny and in a good place. (200m easy walikng ti subway station with direct fast train to PEK international airport. Also another subway station and meeting point for tours just 150m from hotel. 20mins easy biking to all must-see places in Beijing inner city. Water in bottles always available in room or in lobby (in lobby also the other drinks) Breakfast served in room or in lobby.

Everything. Leo, Julie, and all the staff were absolutely terrific. They treated me like family and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Leo is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He took care of me when I got sick while staying there (no fault of hotel) and is an incredible person. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, surrounded by shops and food, and has a beautiful atrium interior. They serve a lovely breakfast to you each morning and are as kind as could be. They help you book attractions, find taxis, make great suggestions, and made this one of the best stays I ever had. I could not recommend it more
