Location is easy to walk to Wulingyuan entrance for the park. Very helpful Staff Carol and her team can help u everything for your trip,ticket booking services for the park, glass bridge. BTW,The breakfast was good. I will be come back if I visit ZJJ next time.

Breakfast was really basic - plain porridge, fried eggs, chilli sauce. They also provide noodle soup. Nobody tells you what was not available (e.g. bread was available on the second day but did not see it on the first day because it was gone by the time i arrived - turns out we could ask the staff in the kitchen to replace them). Room - My room was really small, the shower door opens and misses the toilet bowl by just 0.1cm! have to really squeeze. Would recommend getting a bigger room - which my friend did and it was perfect. Room also feels abit traditional/old - everything was wooden. So if you're looking for something modern this might be different. Hotel front was undergoing construction (April 2024) so note that you might have to drag luggage from the side road.

Location - 5min walk to the pagoda entrance to visit Zhangjiajie. There is a starbucks and KFC near the entrance too. Beware of foot massage nearby as they tend to upsell and slap your legs rather than massage them properly. Staff were super friendly, they offered to book tickets for us and skip the line (honestly by the time we arrived hardly any line because 99.9% were tour groups) but it is still convenient. They were super helpful in setting you up for your day, telling you where to go etc. This was very much appreciated. Overall, good, decent hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and suggested multiple itineraries for our trip and helped us pre-book many things we wanted to do and see. The hotel also has a lovely feeling, and the location is fantastic for quick access to the national park

The room was kind of humid and therefore the sheets felt humid too the 1st night, the 2nd -6th night it wasn't as humid anymore after we put on airco.

The staff of the hotel is friendly and guests get daily water bottles and drinks refilled. The bed was abnormally big, so I rather had more room for luggage. The hotel location is really close to the entrance of National Forest Park. To the busier shopping streets, you need to walk 25-30 min, but taxis are really affordable.

Staffs are super helpful and patient. Miss Li is bubbly. Carol is the BEST navigator for Zhang Jia Jie. Breakfast noodle soup is a must try. Even the kitchen staff are awesome Must try all restaurants that has discounts using room key. Yummilicious food

My 1st visit to Zhang Jia Jie and the lady Carol has helped me so much giving me practical advice from the day I booked til the day I am there. She was so welcoming and warmth. Highly recommended this hotel as it is so near the East Gate of National Park. I enjoy new and clean hotel and this Yoba Boutique Hotel made my vacation an awesome one.

The hotel is walking distance from the entrance of the park. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. What was best was that Carol was able to help us book tickets for all the sights we wanted to see in Zhangjiajie before we arrived. We were also able to check in early which was great. Overall, a great experience.

Well located walking distance from Zhangjiajie national park entrance. Good eateries nearby with next door restaurant offering discount for hotel guests. Room space a bit tight but bed is comfortable and large. Carol the manager helps with booking tickets, transport and shows. Contactable beforehand via, messenger,WeChat or WA. Communication in English.

We were there during a wave of unusually cold weather, so the hotel was a bit cold. Our room was fine when we figured out how to use the AC to make it warmer

Location is perfect , walk few minutes to the park entrance. The host and staff was very friendly and helpful with planning the route about the National Park.
