Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyDue to the time of the year (mid March), the air condition of the hotel wasn't working it was still put on heating. Our room had 29 °C room temperature, The windows couldn't be opened due to the height of the bulding. So it was not possible to get any sleep. Finally we had to change the room middle of the night. The new room was in a ground floor situation with a view against a wall. This room had now 18 °C room temperature, which was basically too cold. I assume when travelling at a differnt time of the year, the stay would be very nice, but mid March it was a desaster.
Staff and breakfast was very nice. In principle a very nice hotel, but due to the weather conditions and the heating system, it was not enjoyable.

MalaysiaRoom condition need major servicing. Aircon in 1 of the room is spoilt. When switch to a new room the infrared sensor malfunction. Even if people in the room, lighting cut off after certain time. Need to press the master switch to turn on the power
