The people in the front desk were super helpful and speak fluent english. They showed us recomended restaurants, written guides to attractions, gave us plenty of water bottles and helped us with buying flight tickets and navigating in the city. Also we were allowed to check out at 1700 since the room was not booked. The staff was really exceptional, and the room and location were great! All in all we couldnt ask for a better experience here.

The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to give us information, advice and guidance. The hotel is on a slightly quieter street but still very central and great snacks, food and coffee within 1-2 minutes of the front door.

Suggest making the lobby on the first floor slightly darker Unfortunately, the living room is a bit small and the suitcase cannot be opened. Thank you for helping us with this

The clothes drying area is very large, and the clothes are dried for free. The accommodation is very good, and the walking is convenient. The service personnel are very enthusiastic and enthusiastic

The reception could be improved and the room did not have a view to the outside.

The staff was incredibly hospitable, helping us to have the tickets for the terracotta warrior and indicating the important parts of the neighbourhood. The location in the heart of the Muslim Quarter and close to the Bell Tower was excellent as was the comfort of the bed.

The reception at the time of my check-in was very helpful, and answered all my questions. He even brought me to a dumplings restaurant where I had delicious mutton dumplings.

The room we slept in was old and needed maintenance, the window frame in the bathroom was broke and hang loosely, I think the window itself was closed but not sure if 🦟 mosquitos could come in through the side. The rooms of our travel company were not old, so I think they have some old rooms soms new ones. I guess we were unlucky.

The personnel was very friendly, especially the guy that spoke English well. The girl who I don't think spoke English was less friendly or helpful but this could be because the language barrier. We asked a couple times for more water and got twice the amount we asked for! We also got very good tea when asked at the reception.

we rented three rooms for two families. one of the rooms was ok (that’s why I rated 4 and not 1), one was not good and one was terrible! we didn’t move out because we would have lost our money. it is cheap, ok, but te pictures, general ratings, and descriptions from other people are either not real or we were just vere (VERY!) unlucky.

the location is not bad, if you want to be central and are able stand the continuous noise and extreme traffic.
