I booked it because it has a kitchen and that was important for me. Unfortunately the kitchen was equipped with absolutely nothing. No glass, no fork, no pan, no plate. Why investing into a kitchen and then making it impossible to use it? Besides that the staff unfortunately didn’t speak a word English. It was hard to communicate.

The apartment was nice and the location great. It’s close to metro stations and to the electronics market.

Only shortcoming is the bathroom and there is no curtain to block off the water which made the floor all time wet

Not all the rooms that provide washing machine have dryer. Although my room has washing machine, there was no dryer, I have to use my daughter's room's dryer. People smoked in the elavator and seemed there were no proper measures to prevent it.

Convinient to all sort of restaurants. Also within walking distance to subway train station. Love the provision of washing machine in the room. There was a guard and security gates in the building lobby to ensure basic level of security.

Bathroom is small, lacks a shower tent. It was not my interest, but no tableware is not available, so be aware if you are interested.

Central, I chose a large room, clean, very close to metro station (Yannan, exit C) as it is walking distance. (see my photo attached as google map is confusing)

The room has an electric heater, but when we asked for spoons, forks, plates, and something to store and warm food, they said they don’t provide such items! So why is there an electric heater?

Location, staff, room service were all exceptional for the price. Close to all electronic outlets if that what you are after. Close to metro, restaurants and neighbouring shopping malls. Highly recommend.

The entrance is a little dated.

Awesome stay. Even though I cannot speak Mandarin, the staff were excellent, supportive and used a translator for language. Location to restaurants, bars, supermarket and stores etc is excellent. Room is quiet, spacious, has all I needed in good condition and clean. The only challenge is finding the place, although the taxi driver was right outside the entrance, but did not know he was there until speaking with the staff. Everything is walkable including access to the large electronic malls.

The location is very nice. Three min walk from 燕南 station. Easy to find food with several restaurants nearby. A supermarket, Walmart, is also around. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room is largely good. The bed mattress is extraordinarily great. My only concern goes for the toilet——once u take a shower, the whole room goes wet. Not that friendly when two people stay there.

Everything. The check in process was super smooth, the location is easy to find, staff are extremely friendly. This is my first time coming back to China after 6 years, the staff helped me set up my Wechat wallet, helped me shipped a document, borrowed me an umbrella when they saw I didn't have one and answered every questions I have about the city (and I was able to check in with my Chinese passport). They upgraded me to a loft with (I think) ~100 RMB extra for my entire stay, it's very spacious, clean and quiet. Not to mention that the location is very convenient and safe, there is a security guard at the door 24*7, metro station is just a block away. I'd definitely stay here again for my next trip.

They must really consider adding cubicles to their bathrooms. Foreigners love cubicles as we are used to it.

The bathroom was small, has no shower screen it was all wet and flooded every time we took shower. The hall was converted to a bed area, the gap between bed and TV is not even a foot in length. Too narrow to walk and to bring the luggages over the other side.

Out of the four rooms we booked, the one I occupied was quite spacious and satisfactory. However, the experience differed for my friends in the other two rooms. Unfortunately, one room had issues with bed bugs, while the other room encountered a sewage problem, resulting in an unpleasant odor permeating throughout the space.

I appreciate the convenience of having access to late-night dining options near my accommodation. The abundance of entertainment venues, food establishments, and mini-marts in the vicinity enhances the overall experience of staying in this area. The concierge staff were friendly and very helpful at all times.
