My room got quite cold (I was there in December), because the windows didn't close properly and there was no heating.

The people working at the reception were really nice and helpful. They helped me navigate the busses and brought me to the place I could buy a sim card. Eveb though some of them didn't speak English, they were patient trying to help me using a translation app.

The hotel don't have the elevator, For you to carry the luggage, It will take some time to do that.

The hotel accept the foreign travellers! I searched many hotels in Guilin However They don't accept foreigners. Hotel was located in the central area of Guilin and could easy access to all the famous spot of Guilin. I took the 20min taxi from the Guilin North station to the hotel, total cost me 30yuan. The family room was big, one queen size bed plus one King size bed. Which is very comfortable. The staff was also very nice, you can obtain whatever info from the staff.

Everything was just great. Thank you very much for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had a luxurious room with a balcony, a bathroom and a view of the river. Every day we were given a delicious breakfast: scrambled eggs, coffee, fruit. The staff is very nice, they helped us with everything. The owner speaks English very well and can help, tell us how to get everywhere we need by public transport. There is a washing machine on the roof, you can use it for free. The room has everything you need: soap, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, comb, slippers, towels. Wifi works well. The location is not in the very center, but by taxi for 10 yuan, or by bus for 2 yuan, or on foot for 20-30 minutes you can get everywhere you need without problems.

The accommodation is located is right in the midst of Guilin city’s highlights. The hotel’s personnel is nice, helpful and all speak very good English. We highly recommended this hotel to anyone who would like te visit Guilin and the wonders around it (i.e., Yangshuo, Longji Rice Terraces).

Maybe some more breakfast options would have been good. However for the price the breakfast was perfect. There is no elevator, but the staff helped us with our luggage up the stairs.

The hotel is not very big and is a little bit dated, however the room was refurbished and very comfortable. The location was very convenient as well to see the local attractions in town.

We liked just absolutely everything. Super helpful and friendly owner David, he helped and organised for us all the activities and attractions in the area. The hotel is sparkly clean, super comfortable and quiet big room with big bed and beautifully view on the river. We suggest to reserve a delicious breakfast as well. Highly recommended!
