My original room was heater only and the room can’t go lower than 25C and only get hotter. Room has no window to open. If I turn off the hvac there is no air movement and it’s just too hot

The staff was very helpful and changed my room where I can be comfortable (air circulation and 21 C)

It is within walking distance to Shanghai Airport but all six of us couldn't navigate our way there. Wasted two hours and ended up getting a Taxi. Just get the taxi it is only about $5 aud

Breakfast is excellent. Gym is well equipped and available 24/7. Friendly staff. Restaurant carry good food for lunch or dinner, great beer available. Excellent location with train station, metro, shopping, all walking distance.

Not so good English of staff. They didnt explain the way to metro well so we couldn't find it. Swimming pool was closed.

Bed was very comfortable. Also nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. You could find classic European meals but also traditional ones. Close to high speed trains and metro...cca 8 mins of walk.

Nothing I didn't like. Check-in process could have been shortened. It took quite some time (more than 15 minutes) to check-in to the room, which, for us, made us wait for a long time and check-in period at even later than expected.

The location is close to food amenities and close to Hongqiao Airport and train station, which made it easy for travelers who need to utilize the Hongqiao Airport and trains. The facility provides breakfast options for travelers who need to travel early way beyond the opening of the breakfast service. I have also requested for more water bottles, which were delivered to the room using the hotel's robots.

Just a short one - stains in shower cabin, not a dirt but something like damage of mold or mildew, hard to say. It wasn't big, but still.

Very convenient location, great support from the staff, generally high level as expected. The ATM machine in a lobby is an advantage as it was hard to find other cash machines on the airport, railway stations and other public areas. The underground connection with the convention centre and Hongqiao Hub is perfect. An excellent breakfast with both Chinese and European food.

The only disappointing thing was that we couldn’t access the garden area due to it being closed for health and safety. To be honest a very minor issue in the scheme of things and one not to tarnish the rest of the place.

We thought this property was great. The staff were attentive, it was exceptionally clean and super handy to be right by the Hub and other malls. We were pleasantly surprised by the pool that it was on the 11th floor with views of the buildings/towers on the Bund - quite the treat. Breakfast was great for a buffet breakfast with the choices changing every day and any special requests were always done with no issues. The closest metro (Hongqiao Railway Station) is about a 20 minute walk but is on lines 2, 10 and 17. Makes getting to and from places a lot easy than most alternatives.
