Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The executive lounge was next level (literally), the facilities were great and the staff were brilliant. We had a corner room and would highly recommend it as the view is amazing! We booked a king corner, with executive lounge access. The lounge paid for itself as the meal in the evening had so much to it, as did the breakfast. Plus cocktails and drinks in the evening - all included. A great location as well for metro and taxis.

The location is one of the best, 10 mins from nanjing road, and probably 20 mins from the Bund. The views from the hotel are spectacular, the hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice and helpful.

The front desk staffs are very polite and very helpful especially the Senior Manager Mr Leo with his team. The cafe and Chinese restaurant staffs are prompt to customer requests and helpful. The facilities are basically clean and room services staffs are quick of our request and friendly.

PolandIt was not the first time I stayed in this hotel. Tory in the reception arranged check-in smoothly, quietly, perfect. It was a nice feel and relax to know I am in "good hands". Localization and view from highest floors is amazing. This time however I faced some complications and presented some claims to the hotel. I appreciate that Leo - Manager on duty has resented understanding and approved my objections, the claims were settled and we enjoyed our stay. Maria in the Executive lounge was like a balsam to heal our hearts and made everything possible to make our stay in the lounge perfect!!!
