ThailandLobby system on 38th floor, you had to change lifts to reach your floor, the layout of Bar on 38th was not inviting, breakfast was not directly bad, but I skipped breakfast half of my days and had food in town instead, and I had chosen Marriott because I wanted to be sure they had extensive breakfast option.
Actually it’s the JW, I least liked. It was not the Marriott feeling like I have had in other Marriott’s. I won’t spend this money next time, there are other options.

United Kingdomthere is a stuffy, musty, clorine, purid scent in the room and corridor, esp on 58th floor hotel is old. rooms are old. breakfast: no surprise regarding food. choice for vegan is limited. lunch at the lobby cafe: my friend's chicken breast was very overcooked beyond rehydratable condition. food arrived at different time awkwardly.
staff were attentive. housekeeping noticed that i was using a mouse and gave me a mouse pad. kudos to concierge who helped us arranged restaurant and massage bookings
