There is nothing to say about the location of environmental services! Compared with many hotels, this hotel is the most cost-effective in terms of environment, service and price! Will contact the user one day in advance, ask the arrival time to facilitate access to the ancient city, and then the landlady is also super good, the flower cakes and fruit on the table can eat for free! Then the location is really good, more than ten minutes' walk from Zhongyi Market, in the ancient city, it is convenient to go anywhere, and the accommodation is also very clean. I originally brought disposable sheets and quilt covers but did not use them. Zanzan, if a friend comes to Lijiang to play, he will push this shop!

The only thing I would mention is that the water pressure could be stronger, but we had hot water, so it wasn’t a big issue. I would also suggest adding instructions on how to use the TV. It wasn’t a problem for me since I speak Chinese, but it would be very helpful for those who don’t.

I really liked how the property preserves the structure and charm of the ancient town. The location is excellent—very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops. I also appreciated the abundance of power points, which made it easy to charge all our devices. Mandy was incredibly friendly and helpful. She organized a tour for us to 玉龙雪山 and was always attentive to our needs. Her ability to speak English made the entire process much smoother, especially for those who don’t speak Chinese. She even reached out in advance to check if we had any specific requirements. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Perfectly located just 5 min away from the south gates slightly off the main street. Traditional house atmosphere. Great internet connection. Feels staying with relatives (in a good sense😁) rather than at a hotel. Mandy, the manager, assisted us a lot! Two lovely dogs included ;) Definitely a place to return!

The small courtyard is in the ancient city, and the boss will pick it up at the south gate when checking in. The whole house is intelligent, and the surrounding area is very quiet. It will not affect the rest at all. When you wake up in the morning, you can bask in the sun and look at the flowers in the yard if you don't want to go out. On the first day, I felt that the room was small, so the boss had to change to a big room for us the next day. I thought it was too troublesome to move around, so I didn't change it, but it was a bonus. I will choose this one next time I come to Lijiang.

The lady staff Mandy is friendly and helped us to arrange for luggage pickup when we arrived and checkout. Mandy patiently answer all our queries. The Inn provide fantastic breakfast cooked by a local Naxi ah yi, very tasty home cook breakfast.

The lodgings are in the old town, and they have to walk for more than ten minutes with their luggage. it rained on the day they came. The lodgings were very considerate. The property was in a perfect location! A little bit set back from a busy street so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and really filling. Mandy was one of the most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met! She went out of her way to make our stay extra enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Xilu Xiaoxie Inn!

No other words but exceptional. The room is very clean, warm and cozy. But what made our stay remarkable was the outstanding service by Mandy and other staffs. They're very friendly and kind. Mandy can speak English, which was so helpful in a world full of non-English speakers. Mandy upgraded our room for free since we booked a smaller ones. She even helped us with our laundry and booked a day trip package to Yulong Snow Mountain. We didn't opt for breakfast, but Mandy offered toast instead as we are Muslims. They also clean our room everyday. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and at home. The inn is around 8 minutes walking distance to South Gate. They offer pickup services and the staff will help to carry luggage with tricycle. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend 100% to anyone! P/s: the guardian dogs (husky? Or alaskan malamute?) are so cuteeee

The inn is just amazing! The rooms are small but very comfortable and they offer everything we need! The rooms were also warm and cozy! The free breakfast was also really good! But the best are the hosts! They helped us with everything, organizing transport and day trips, speaking very good English. The housekeeping was so kind with my baby! We loved everything in our stay The location is also amazing, just in the middle of the beautiful ancient city!

Xilu Xiaoxie Inn is the best accommodation during our entire 13 days trip to Yunnan. We love the room, food, incredible & warm services, especially Mandy who was so helpful. She's always there to answer our questions, providing us advices on what to eat, what to do and even did our laundry, which we're really grateful! We were welcomed with tea & sweet fresh apples. Make sure you inform them your arrival time and they will arrange someone to help transport your luggage to the inn. Mandy helped us arranged cars, tickets for cable car & show for JDSM as well as our train tickets for our onward journey to Shangri-la. The Ah Yi at the inn cooked us yummy dumplings & mi xian noodles soup and they even served us freshly brewed coffee for breakfast. Rooms were cleaned up & toiletries were replenished every day! They even supplied us as much water as we needed. We were there in Dec, heater works perfectly well, and blanket was very warm. They also have a super cute & friendly dog named Hot Dog "热狗". Everything was so superb & exceeded our expectations. You will not regret staying here, highly recommended!

Conveniently situated in the Lijiang old town, the inn is near to the South gate. The staff is very helpful and approachable. Mandy had helped me arrange my family day trip to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the driver/guide is very trustworthy. The team is hospitable, warm, service oriented, and honest. Stayed here for 3 nights. Located in a convenient part of the ancient town, the best part of the stay was the service. Mandy was very helpful in helping us to arrange our day trip to Yulong Snow Mountain, and providing us with delicious breakfast and snacks! The inn is a traditional building but facilities are modern, and the room is warm and cozy.

The Inn has a great location, right inside Lijiang Old Town, not so far from the main street and the gate. The Inn is so cozy with wooden structure house, courtyard. Staff is super friendly and supportive. she helped my arrange taxi in and out.
