Had a wonderful stay at xilu xiaoxie Inn. Communication was effortless Pre check in and during our stay . The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. And suggested itineraries for our week-long trip. They are so generous and provide so much free water and toiletries:) Beautiful place and super white and with lovely huskies. We liked it so much that we decided to stay an extra night. They kept our two rooms at a discounted rate for the second night - so sweet ! Cici, Joey and everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here 10 out of 10!;)

Nothing to complain.

The owner spoke excellent English and offered taxi services to and from the train station for a fee. The also provided a complimentary carriage service for transporting luggage to and from the hotel and the Old Town gate. Additionally, you can book a tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain through them. The room was comfy. The location was perfect. And breakfast exceeded most of those we paid for in Lijiang Old Town.

Everyone was super kind, friendly and helpful! A big shoutout to Joye, Zhang ge and Xiao Xu for their exceptional service and help - from accommodating our last minute changes, helping us with our itinerary, to preparing breakfast for us and walking us to the right places for our day tours. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for going above and beyond, for taking such good care of us and for making our Lijiang experience so memorable :)

There are rooms in a second building which are also nice. But at least our room was not as clean as the one we had before. And the rooms are a bit less well equipped, there is no place to store clothes or so. Also it's not possible to open the window for some fresh air. We were a bit surprised by this as the pictures when we were booking showed only the other room, in the main building.

We stayed here for a second night which was really good as well. The people who are working in this place are so incredibly friendly :) and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer that you can use for free.

The owner and staff in this place are exceptional. They were so welcoming and friendly, provided us with lots of helpful information as well as many cups of tea and coffee and nice little conversations :) we were enjoying our room in the main building as it was very comfy and well equipped. You just should be aware of the fact that the room may be on the same level as the common area so whenever there are people sitting outside talking, you will hear it. That's a nice thing as an opportunity to meet and talk to other people. :)

The most amazing place to stay, sad to leave. All staff went out of way to assist, fruit, tea, beautiful breakfasts, chats, excellent travel booking with super friendly English speaking Joye. He booked us a one day trip to Shangri-la with Tibetan guide. 3 Alaskan mamlute padding quietly around. Can't recommend this place enough. It was the highlight of our trip.

I spent five nights at Xilu Xiaoxie. The location of the hotel is perfect because it’s located right at the center of the old town that very convenient to walk around. The room is very clean. The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. The owner also provides me a lot of information about restaurants, tours and many more that very useful to me. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything is superb. The best hotel ever!

Xiluxiaoxie is a right choice . 乔一（Joei)is a very helpful and nice brother to help all the guests he is Taiwanese. Can speak good English. The BreakFast very good. Rooms are comfortable, centre location inside 大研古城(丽江古城). convenient to move around , happening places. Trishaw will be arranged to deliver big luggage tin and out from 客棧.

The location stay is great in the middle of old town. The owner Joey was super accommodating and helped us to arrange our travels to Lijiang Tiger Leaping Gorge. He is an absolute legend.

Bathroom facilities without privacy. The automatic toilet was a hassle because the sensor is next to the door opening and therefore would go off every time you go into the toilet area and while you're on the toilet.

Host was very helpful in helping us book tickets to attractions and helping us decide what to do on our one full day in lijiang. The hospitality of the people in Lijiang is amazing. The host's friends were warm and welcoming. Our host and his friends liked to sing and graced us with their singing - I look forward to the next time I come back for the full experience! We initially booked a quadruple room with 2 kings but was given 2 separate rooms with 2 king beds.

Nothing, everything great !

Everything perfect. Joye and his team do their best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable ! I got a better room on the first floor with view of the mountain. I also had very pleasant conversations with Joye about travelling and other topics while drinking tea (thank you, Joye).
