Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was no coffee in the room, which is something I have never seen before. It wasn’t very clean in places like the bathroom, there was a stale smell. Maybe it was recent water damage, but I noticed it as soon as I went into the room. Overall, this issue seemed minor as everything else was good.
Modern, good quality, comfortable beds, good location for where I needed to be. Good breakfast with a lot of variety.

SingaporeStrangely, there was no place to hang our towels and clothing in the toilet, except the extra space on the basin top. It would be helpful if the front desk staff can communicate better in spoken English.
The modern contemporary ambience of the room made the stay very comfortable. The washing machine was clean and in good condition that allowed us to do our laundry at our convenience. The sitting area gave us an opportunity to unwind after a long day. The staff were helpful and friendly.
