Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

That it was a safe place to stay and a nice place to walk and close to restaurants, malls and other. It is also right in front of a bus station and close to a metro station.

ChinaI forgot my IPhone charger in the room and tried to contact the hotel a day after I’ve checked out ,but there was no response.So I’ve managed to get back and ask whether my charger was there but the manager on duty said that neither him not the lady who cleaned our room after could find it…very sad and can’t understand how could my charger be lost within a day with no any track of whatsoever…
it was clean and nice .The location was also fine tho not in the heart of city but it’s easy to get to various spots around .

AustraliaWhen I booked the hotel through booking.com, the booking payment was 698 Chinese yuan but when I checked in they asked me to pay 1300 Chinese yuan, this unprofessional and disgusted. Also the room was different from the one I booked, terrible service. The hotel in general is poor regarding service. In night time there's no desk attendant. And there's no coffee or any snakes in the lobby. Also the room doesn't have clothes iron or clothes steamer. It's terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also the staff are rude and unprofessional specifically if you don't speak Mandarin.
