The only downside was the separation between the bathroom and bedroom was a wooden shutter which you could kind of see through and hear through.

Breakfast was very good! And location was amazing--about a 15 minute walk to the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest. And the staff was very helpful, especially in giving tips for our itinerary and having a van and driver available when we requested.

The hotel has a delicious, varied breakfast. The staff will help you buy tickets to all the local attractions and explain in detail how best to build your route. It was very helpful.

Hotel seems a little dated and tired in parts. Broken floor tile in shower cubicle; shower cubicle grouting between tiles needs a good bleaching to remove mould marks!

The hotel is conveniently located at a walking distance from the entrance of the national park. The rooms, pool, and gym are nice. The consierge provide great dining recommendations for outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Great breakfast! The buffet had a lot of options, both Asian and western style. Also the pool was a nice place to relax after visiting the NP.

The gym was small, old and some machines were broken and not well maintained. Policy to go and order western food in restaurant after 9 pm is discrimination.

The location was great, walking distance from the park east entrance. The outdoor swimming pool was good and clean. Breakfast was fine.

The property seems to be "tired" and could be renovated a bit. The massage place on site was a bit weird - it was really cold inside and did not seem to be open. They had people come and do a foot massage, but it took some time. Waiting in a cold room, which was not very welcoming was not a positive start to the experience. The price was not bad and the masseuse did a good job.

The location next to the National Park was a bonus. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to places to eat other meals. Breakfast has multiple options.

The pool starts to work at 8am as they say, but there is always barrier at the pool entrance till noon, so it’s not obvious if the pool is opened or not. We found out it’s working, but why do they put barrier then? Waisted time in the morning, while waiting for opening

The breakfast wasn’t great - it’s in a huge room, was extremely busy with lots of tourists and the food wasn’t very tasty. The bathroom in the room is divided by some shutters - there is not much privacy so make sure you’re comfortable with the person you’re sharing a room with!

The location is great if you want to be close to one of the main park entrances. It is close to the East gate which is very convenient. The room was lovely and comfy. The pool was amazing - it’s huge, was lovely and warm and was very fun to have an afternoon swim in!

Breakfast tends to get crowded at the early hours with all the tour buses leaving early.

We had a great stay and that was mainly thanks to the staff. Anne at the reception and Miranda over messages were amazing. Miranda arranged a birthday cake for my husband to be delivered to our room, which was amazing and delicious. We had a very nice view and a great stay. Thank you very much once again, ladies.

Hotel rooms were very run down, not what we would have expected from Pullman brand. food options for dinner were poor - go out to one of the local restaurants nearby. Limited info from staff on actual walks in the national park…seemed to be focused on visiting the cable cars, and glass elevator.

Breakfast could be more adapted for Europeans - it’s quite limited for our tastes, but the place is much more attended by Chinese tourists, therefore, I understand the hotel’s politics.

The place is just perfectly located on the center of all local attractions. A number of free-food sessions is included in the price of a room on ‘elite’ 5th floor, and this price is quite low for what you get. Staff is super friendly and willing to help, though, could be better English-speaking.
