Wonderfully located!

The location for this hotel is awesome. Very close to everything you want in Shanghai. A short walk to main shopping street & the Bund. Hotel staff are super helpful & friendly. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. Bathrooms are large & well equipped. This is a very nice hotel & I highly recommend staying here when in Shanghai. The pool & spa is included in room price & very nice!

Positives - Amazing location within few mins walking from the train station and Nanjing Road. - Water pressure from the shower was strong. Negatives - Mattress was not firm. - TV position in the bedroom was not facing the bed so we had to move the TV slightly. - Not enough hooks in the bathroom.

The Lobby Bar advertised items that weren't available after all, such as the types of draft beer that were featured on menus there.

The food for breakfast should be changed frequently, it was the same over the 5 days that we stayed there. We prefer a detachable shower heads, rather than the one fixed to the wall. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor, but when we checked in at 4.30 PM, 2 of the 3 rooms were not ready.

Location of the hotel was the best, very convenient from the main shopping district (Nanjing Road). The breakfast was great but it was the same over a few days. Room size was huge, very clean, and comfortable.

The hotel located near to Nanjing Rd, short walking distance to Nanjing Rd. Next to the hotel there's a New World shopping center. Short walking distance to MRT station (People Square station). The room was spacious.

I only had one breakfast here. While the range of offerings and quality was fine, I was put off by the price of 180 RMB (23 euro). The walls of the rooms are very thin and many of the guests are not very considerate, having loud conversations after midnight or in the hall.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Shanghai's most important shopping street (East Nanjing Road) while People's Park and the People's Square metro station (an public important transport hub) are just across the road. The staff is friendly and well-trained (one of the reasons I'm not using some other hotels anymore if because of the incredibly badly trained staff). There is a gym, pool and sky bar at the 47th floor (I didn't use any of these though). Rooms are okay, if a little dated. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice. Got a free upgrade to a room with a separate space with a desk.

The hotel’s location is superb, walking distance to Nanjing Street and nearby malls and restaurants. The buffet breakfast is so good with delicious varieties. The room is spacious and the staff were very helpful, they speak English well and accommodating of our needs.

Excellent customer service . Hailie on reception was very professional and patient with me after a long flight and managed to find a room despite arriving too early for check in. Hotel is in a great location and good value for money. Roof top bar wonderful. Recommend!

The hotel facilities are outdated, yet the prices remain high. Unfortunately, there are no special offers for returning guests.

This hotel is one of the best locations in Shanghai. I always stay here when I visit the city. The metro line is conveniently located just across the road, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming.
