Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fantastic location, right next to the super easy metro, short walk to confusious temple, llama temple and hutongs and restaurants. Staff lovely, communicated easily using Google translate. Rooms nicely decorated in minimalistic functional style. Library is a lovely calm space. Roof terrace and tea terrace were real bonuses. Lovely little coffee shop on site.

United StatesDespite the hotel's nice design it feels a little dilapidated. Could use a little bit of upkeep. Not wheelchair accessible, which is not an issue for us but something to note.
the hotel is in a great location in the hutongs, and very close to the Beixinqiao subway station. The hotel's design is nice. Great touches like the beautiful library and coffee shop located inside. The cleaning staff and front desk were friendly.

NetherlandsThe staff was absolutely lovely, but there was definitely a language barrier. However they were patient and we managed to work everything out in the end.
The room was small, but clean and modern. Perfect for a solo traveller. The location was perfect! Super close to the metro and right on the side of a street filled with restaurants, so there were plenty of options even if you didn't feel like taking the metro.

Location is great, near Beixinqiao, good for airport and subways. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.
