Singaporesome network and water heater issue which were quickly resolved by the staff.
The staff and drivers hospitality was superb, often going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Location is not the nearest to city but is within a nice estate with good food and a big supermarket nearby. If you engage their driver service (rate is a bit higher but it give you a lot of ease in a new environment), possibility of disappointment is low.

The complimentary airport pick-up and the free bus to some destinations are cool. The staff, though not good in English, manages to communicate through phone translation services. They are helpful and kind. Bottled water is provided daily; should you need more, you can ask. The washing machine in the apartment is useful; you get to have clean clothes every day. It has many restaurants nearby. There's a local convenience store nearby and many restaurants and fast-food shops. KFC, Starbucks, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, a mall, and a park with a children's playground are also very nearby. Xiangxue Metro (subway) station (Line 6) is about 5~8 minutes' walk.

I had a great stay at ServeYou apartments. Whilst it is a bit far from the Guangzhou city you can easily take the train which is about a five minute walk away. There is a shopping centre also conveniently located that is around a 2 minute walk away. The service from the staff was great especially Mia. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. From coming along with me to the bank so I could get some money exchanged (for translation purposes) to recommending me some great food to eat. She was the only one who could communicate in English and overall made it a great experience.

United KingdomOne minor inconvenience is that the reception is located outside the property building, which isn’t ideal, but it’s manageable.
The property is very well located, not in the center, but still conveniently close. A taxi ride to Canton Tower takes just 40 minutes, which is quite reasonable. The staff were truly exceptional, the best I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay, assisting me with everything I needed. They provided great tips on where to visit, how to order food, and how to use applications like WeChat, which made my experience so much smoother. Overall, their friendliness and willingness to help truly made my stay unforgettable. As for the property itself, it’s fantastic! The views are stunning, and the space is incredibly comfortable, stylish, and inviting. I absolutely loved it. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained,truly perfect.

The good point is airport pick-up (one way) and the driver welcome you at the arrival hall, but the vehicle parking slot too far, need walk a quick long distance to the location. The apartment nearby got many shops and a mall nearby, easy to buy and foods. Breakfast provided is Korean style food, simple but ok.

They were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us .The room was made up and cleaned each day with Fresh sheets and towels. there is 24 hour reception. I would certainly book this place back in China again

The property was great value for money. My kids was happy with the view from the balcony. The apartment was clean and tidy with cleaners every day which I loved as I feel traveling with kids the accommodation gets untidy very quickly. The tv was great for entertainment at night so the family can sit and watch a film. Very comfy beds and sofa lovely dining room table with chairs to eat meals as a family. We even had a stove and microwave to warm food up. The bathroom had all you need and loads of toiletries and they get restocked daily. I literally can’t fault anything about this apartment.
