Everything was perfect! I’d highly recommend this place. The apartment was gorgeous that I wished it was my actual apartment haha, clean, spacious, comfortable with good facilities. Location is beyond amazing! Everything is in a walking distance and the metro is three minutes walk from the building, line 1/2 which are the most comfortable. And landlord is very helpful she’s sososos nice really grateful for her she’ll help you if you need anything and always give you suggestions. I had a great experience in Ching Qing thanks to her and the place.

The entrance was hard to find as it is hidden. The single bed mattress is a bit not comfortable.

Near to alot of eateries, convenience store and pharmacies. Great host whom allow us to keep our luggage after we check out. Washing machine was provided with detergent which is very convenient.

A microwave is available. However, there is no place to cook, which is not a problem for short stays.

The apartment was excellent and had a nice design. Additionally, the staff, and in particular the young lady, was responsive, kind, and worked hard to meet all their guests' needs. Furthermore, I highly recommend this place to stay and have a great time in Chongqing. You will not regret staying at this place.

Great location, close to jiefangbei and CBD, tidy and chic with comfortable and enjoyable layout and friendly to foreigners. All staff are very great and helpful, great experience.

Reception desk service is not 24 hours.

The residence does not provide food, but the location is in the city center, food and transportation are no worries. Also, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room.

The bed is very noisy when i turned my body , the lift is terrible packed , and that is only 2 lift for so many residents are staying in the building. We were waiting for the lift in and out , day and night. It was full all the time, long waiting, and poor security, too.

This is a terryble places. It’s was very smelly and dirty. Evetyrhing smelled of cigarettes. It was very cold. It could have been heated with an air conditioner, but the room was so drafty that it couldn't heat up. The apartment is much nicer in the pictures than in reality. It's very cheap, but it's interesting to know these things before you pay.

The flat is very hot. There is one air conditioner for a large space and I think the aircon wasn’t even working properly. The host provided us with a fan but it didn’t really do much.

The location is great, with lots of shops and restaurants. The room decor is nice.

It's an apartment building mix with local residents, no reception, no service personnel. Everybody used 2x small lifts, often takes more than 2 turns to get in. I didn't mind waiting but i feel bad for residents sharing small lifts with tourists with suitcases in hot and little to no ventilation lifts. My room smells like a kitchen with all cooking smoke from neighbours, i like spicy food, but not to sleep with spicy smell. 1st night stay, i found and "removed" a cockroach. 2nd night found another one and took me some time to "fight" & "remove" it. 3rd night came home from a long hot day visited places, found no water supply (nobody informed me prior), i have to message and ask, replied with "just wait". After few days of experienced in the city, i learnt that there are many other areas with many accommodation choices (as long as it's close to a subway station, you will be fine) not necessarily a staion in the CBD. Prices are as good but a small hotel might have a better management and cleanness than a B&B. I will not go back.

I was the most troubled by the cleanliness, as there were signs that the previous guests in the room were not very clean. There is still the lingering smell of smoke on the bedsheets. The toilet wall had boogers from previous occupiers.

I like that check in was very fast and easy. The host on WeChat and staff maintaining the room were very helpful. I managed to get a dryer and hair conditioner during my stay with their help. The host is also very quick to reply to my questions. The room I got was very spacious.

I wasn't going to score the place but they are saying that I didn't show up and have cancelled my reservation! Is this a joke? I even have pictures of the place, I can tell of the details of apartment 1702 in which I stayed. I paid fully for the 3 nights by Ali Pay. I can't believe the host is lying by saying that I didn't stay there. I have the WeChat conversation with the staff, video from the window of the apartment, pictures of the dirty and badly maintained things in the apartment
