Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWe would love to give this Hotel a 10/10 but we had a issue with the room AC. The AC in the room seemed to struggle to keep up. We could feel air coming out of the vent but the room never cooled to the temperature we would want. The hotel staff did assist us with moving rooms to the other side of the building where the sun doesnt shine on the building so much, this did help but didnt fully resolve the issue.
The rooms in this hotel are very nice! large rooms, huge closets, huge bathroom with seperate bath and shower. We compared our room to what you would expect from a nice room in Las Vegas, very impressed for the cost. The breakfast buffett at the hotel was totally worth it and offered so many options from fresh juices to a variety of fruits such as Dragon Fruit. The hotel is nearby a shopping center with alot of resturants. Also the metro station is a 10min walk away which we liked for going into the city. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way!

Hotel and room were both very clean and first impressions set the tone for what to expect at this hotel. Breakfast was excellent with more than enough choice to satisfy every need. The on-site chinese restaurant provided first class food at exceptional value. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional staff, nothing is too much and they speak English better than I speak Chinese.........just be patient! Room was a good size and everything you need. Air conditioning wasn't too flash, had a somewhat warm night (and the windows don't open). Breakfast was plentiful and the area the hotel is located in is interesting (and wealthy).

RussiaThe staff doesn’t speak English, the cleaning staff was too loud in the corridor early in the morning, the speak and even scream loudly to each other. The transfer to the airport is an old dirty bus. The room was too smelly with cigarets.

Definitely the Bed and the room. So comfortable. I can sleep all day. Location is in Pudong but subway train is around 10 mins walking. Shopping centre across the hotel. The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Airport are very convenient. They have a timetable next to the reception
