Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesVery warm in the rooms. The air is only a heater, not an air conditioner, and the windows don’t open. You can ask at the front desk for a fan.
Great location, lots of things easy to get to by metro or walking. Washer dryer in the unit is fantastic, though it is two hours to wash and two hours to dry.

The brand name and the property location were the definite positives of this property. Room size was also great for what we ordered and our family. The room we stayed in was a recently renovated one but it looked a bit tired. Also the construction noise outside was a bit annoying on the first couple of nights before the Chinese National holidays kicked in.

New ZealandThe hotel feels a little dated and the air-con in our room was very cold with no ability to change it. The staff did however provide us with an extra blanket which was good.
Handy location to subway and shops. Nice selection of breakfast options. Room had a washer/dryer plus fridge and ability to heat food. Good gym facilities, pool & tennis court although we didn't get time to use those as we were there only 1 night. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

SingaporeThe frontdesk staff and concierge team, except one or two guys, had stoic faces. They never greeted me whenever I left or entered the building. They are not friendly for frontdesk/reception staff, which I felt was disappointing. The housekeeping was very good though. They were well mannered and very helpful. One look at the room and we know it’s very old, probably need some maintenance soon.
The location was wonderful. It is close by to amenities and there are many food choices. There was a washer+dryer which made long stay perfect.

SingaporeThere was a major construction work going on opposite the hotel throughout our stay which interrupted our sleep as it went on for 24/7. Take note the windows and walls are not completely soundproof so if you are a light sleeper like me you would need ear plugs every night. The breakfast had little options it was only limited to 2 choices per pax which we found it a little off-putting as we thought it was a buffet.
The room was huge so there's lots of places to put our stuff. The size of the bed is larger than what the hotels usually have so we slept comfortably. They have a staff to receive all our packages and they even delivered it to our room which was very nice of them. There are marts nearby and the malls are all within walking distance.

Hong KongThe front desk staffs is relatively rude and unfriendly. I’ve seen the manager fight with it’s residents twice. Whenever I have to interact with them it was always left with the feeling of uneasiness due to their questionable attitude.
The location and that it has a 2-3 bedroom options for families. The gym is excellent and has a 24 hrs convenient store for various needs.
