Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe variety of bread in the breakfast hall was not high. The service by the cooks for eggs... was not very friendly and helpful. There was no diversity in the fresh fruit juice.
The receptionist at Check-in did not know English, but she managed to do the check-in process smoothly using a translator. The hotel rooms were spacious, basic but nicely decorated with good amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and nice. The check-out process was also smooth.

FranceWe had a problem with the lift but in general it was ok (long time to have one during breakfast time, so need to anticipate 5/10min in advance to get out of the hotel to join my office) All employees weren’t be able to exchange in English, so it was a bit complicated for us to ask special demands

United KingdomOnly a handful of the staff speak a modicum of English. The TV channels are almost exclusively Chinese, which is unusual for a hotel right in the centre of a major tourist area. Bar and catering facilities are poor, but the friendliness of the staff made up for this deficit.
The location is excellent. Right on the edge of the Seaworld tourist area in Shekou, Shenzhen. As a bonus, the Seaworld subway is just a few metres away.

DenmarkThe elevators are slow and strange. The aircondition resets itself every time you reenter the room. TV starts automatically at every entry, so I simply pulled the plug. Annoying!
The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are nice. Overall, it is a good experience . Coffe maker and simple minibar is nice.

I thought the breakfast was not very excellent for such a high priced hotel. I have gone to others at a similar price with 20 types of dim sum and hundreds of dishes. This had 4 type of dim sum-none of which were delicious.
