Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI struggled a bit with the WiFi but that could have been me (!)
Like so much of China, the apartments and surroundings were spotlessly clean. It has the feel of a hotel, although there is only a reception and the room is cleaned every day. The room was spacious, nice shower and also a small balcony and a washing machine. Nice view of Shenzhen from the 49th floor. Staff helpful and friendly although limited English (bring an App!). Close to shopping areas and restaurants. Good value for money

Hong KongKitchen is missing basic utensils like kitchenware and cutlery etc. Finding the check in place was a bit difficult. There should have more clearance guidance sent to guest before their arrival.
Location is great, just 10 min underground walk from the metro station. The apartment building is new, clean and attached to two big shopping malls. We were upgraded to very high floor with spectacular view. Customer service representative was very helpful!

FranceUnfortunately, the cleaning lady forgot a tissue on a shelve and the floor in the bathroom was still wet. Otherwise, the rest was clean and comfortable
The flat is modern and spacious and the view was nice. The bed and the sofa are super comfortable and we had the amenities of a hotel! We arrived late and were able to do the check in at 11pm.

BrazilThe staff doesn't speak english. They don't accept Visa or Mastercard for payment, even though they claim to on the booking page, which lead to lots of trouble checking in. At first, they tried three different cards during chek-in, but after none worked, they claimed to not accept Mastercard or Visa even though . We had to pay with a Unionpay card, which we luckily had available. One of the rooms we first were assigned still had trash in it, not being cleaned at all since the last guest left. The bathrooms were in poor condition, with signs of mold around the sink and broken fixtures.
The location is great, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Great view from the rooms.

Hong KongThe digital lock was broken and the door cannot be locked. We went to the service counter (which we need to transfer lifts since the lifts can only access upper floors or lower floors). It took us over 10 mins to go to the counter. The staff went to the room with us and confirmed the lock was broken and told us to wait for the technician to come to fix it. We waited for 20 mins and no one come. We went to the counter again (10 mins lift journey) and was told they will send someone to fix it and we can go out dinner and come back later. We end up went out dinner with our hand carry luggages. When we came back, the lock was fixed but the password was changed and we cannot get into the room. We went to the counter again (10 mins lift journey again). The staff told us they didn't change the password but we said we can't open. The staff went to the room with us, reboot and reset the password again. I feel unsecured at night and not sure if the digital door lock works properly. We don't recommend to stay in this hotel and there's no proper security check at the lobby too.
