Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. If anyone is concerned, the hotel is directly under the flight path to the airport, so every couple of minutes there is plane flying over; however for me this is not a problem. I cannot comment on the restaurants around, these were all closed due to Chinese New Year.
I was very satisfied with the hotel given the low price offered at the moment. The room is basic but clean and comfortable, everything required for a short stay. Breakfast is available (10 CNY) and is filling enough. I would rate my stay 8.5.

Room was clean, staffs were very friendly. Hotel is also near to the exhibition center, only 1 train stop from hotel. There is also halal restaurant nearby, which is very convenient to us.

PakistanHotel is little far from main city. It was ok for me as I was there to attend the exhibition being held about one and half kilometers form hotel but if your main activities are in main city, it will take you roughly an hour by metro to get there.
The services provided by Vizhanwan Hotel are up to the mark. Although the staff there is not very good at speaking English, they compensate it by using translators apps and try to resolve your every query. Metro station is at 5 minutes walking distance from hotel which provides easy access to rest of the city. Also, there is a small restaurant being operated by a Muslim family nearby which provides Halal food. It was a big plus for me.

JapanThe location was quite far from the airport. Although the staff was nice, the checkout process took 8 to 10 minutes. I was really tired and wanted to get a good night's sleep, only to find that my key card was not working at the elevator. Si, I had to go back to the front desk again to get it fixed. A fridge can be a good addition to the room. It was not a view of the city, my room overlooks the side of the nearby building.
The property has a good size of bed, very comfortable for a solo traveler.
