It is super clean and modern. I had the best room in level 4. They have an elevator. The staff is very helpful. He keeps in contact until I arrived and help me in my luggage, upgrade my booking, explain everything around the Fenghuang in a map, recommend and book for me the night boat. While I am walking around they answer my questions by WeChat and make sure that we are good. Also, they show me the best way to move to Guilin and help me in that. The LOCATION is perfect.

There is almost none of what we dislike.

The first and the most important is the great hospitality of Mr. Xiang Mengjie, the owner, he helped us organing the taxi, pic up back and forth from the train station, showed us the breakfast place even bought us a simple breakfast meals. Plus the location of the hotel is just right there in the middle of busiest area of Fenghuang Ancient City. Great place indeed. This hotel helps us to enjoy the city very much!!!

Nothing to be honest, such a great place.

Wang Jiang Reclusive Boutique Inn is so beautiful, I really recommend.. the staff helped us with our luggage to get to the top floor where we stayed and cleaned the room earlier to let us do the check in before the check in time. It is located in the city centre of Fenguang, walking distance to all the main attractions and nightlife. The room was wonderful, very clean, beautifully decorated and with a balcony that overlooked the city of Fenghuang. Also, the beds were very comfortable! In addition, the staff booked us tickets for the local theatre and for the night boat, and recommended many places to visit in the city. They were very helpful and accessible, and very professional and friendly. They gave us their WeChat and checked on us that everything was fine. I loved this place and would definitely come back. Thank you for making our time in Fenguang so easy and special.

Even though we had to cancel our stay due to illness, the staff was very friendly and understanding. Communication was a breeze.

I had a pleasant stay at this inn. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing overlooking the river. Location is good and within walking distance of the Fenghuang tourist areas and the Maglev line that takes you to the main train station. Hosts are very friendly and helpful!

No lift only staircase but then in Fenghuang it's mostly like this because the hotels are all boutique style and it is built up along the slope of the river bank so it's understandable but the owner is ready to help to carry the luggage. He also wait at the road junction near the bus drop off point because in Fenghuang the buildings are closely packed together, so the access may only be from the side lanes, as typical of historical old towns

The decor is the traditional old design, mattress is quite hard and pillow not so comfortable.

The location of the main attraction is quite near within walking distance from the property. Luckily the owner help to bring up our heavy luggage along a flight of staircase, otherwise we would not have being able to lug along our luggage up the steep staircase. The owner is also helpful to explain the attractions to us and where to snack and take our meals. It also has a balcony which offers the other view of the main attraction.

Not much space for luggage, would be very inconvenient if there are two persons. Too much stairs, that’s hard to avoid in Fenghuang.

Conveniently located near Nanhua Gate and the bridge to get a good view of Fenghuang. Very good shower and comfortable bed. The people who helped to arrange for transport for the next destination which was not very straightforward.

Convenient location very close to arrival/departure transport options and the local sights. Good view of the river and town from my balcony. The property and room were simple and uncomplicated.

The room was not as clean as it should be. The room service didn't work well except for providing the bottles or water. The TV remote control didn't work. Overall, for this price I expected much better room in terms of cleanliness and service.

The hotel is very close to the bridge, when you open the balcony you have a nice view on Phoenix Town and the river. It is really a great starting point to plan your walk around the river and the main sights in town.

The hotel owners are so Helpful and attentive to all guests’ needs. He recommended the boat trip which is worth the trip to enjoy the night scenic view of Fenghuang. The location of this hotel is excellent as its just next to the Bridge for arrival and departure via taxi. Write to him your arrival time and he’s so helpful to wait for your arrival and carry your bags to the hotel. Basically you don’t have to find the hotel as he will be at the bridge area to usher you to the hotel. The balcony view of the room overseeing the river was excellent. Highly recommended for convenient and easy access to places or interest.
