They have a laundry room, which you can use for free. This was very convenient, since we were already long on the road. I don’t know if it’s every evening, but they offer us free dumplings for dinner. The location is great, near the Drum & Bell tower. In the evening the street infront of the hotel turned in to an open kitchen. Love it. Nice rooms, friendly staff.

Nice hotel situated minutes walk from the Xi'an Bell Tower with a fantastic selection of local restaurants right outside the hotel! Clean & comfortable rooms, with nice fixtures & a good sofa. Staff were lovely - the in-hotel tourist desk very helpful. The hotel is easy to get to from the subway station.

Surprisingly the hotel is close to food districts area and main attractions. First time to Xi’an and love this hotel, as it closed to food places, Muslim quarters too. 15 mins walk to train station. The receptionist was very helpful, love the extra meal at night as a service, and also the welcome snacks & drinks. It’s inside the Xi’an City wall area, foods places everywhere, so don’t worry when you’re hungry.

Location: Lively location, there are restaurants and stalls outside of the hotel (open till 330am), there's one famous 100+ years restaurant (Fanji Chinese Hamburger) opposite the hotel. Walking distance to Muslim Quarter and few famous spots. Hotel: 1) Food: Various choices for buffet breakfast (includes some of the local dishes) and there's free light dinner (simple hot noodles, soup dumpling, sesame tang yuen, etc.) provided starting from 7-10pm. 2) Staff: Friendly and helpful 3) Tour agent: small travel agent in the hotel (at the ground floor) very helpful and help to provide airport transfer/customized tour for guests at an affordable price (simply inform the agent of your budget).

staff was the most available, patient, and informative we have ever met. rooms: spacious, well arranged, spot on clean, provided with a bottle of wine, beers, and fizzy drinks in the fridge ALL FOR FREE on the first night, bathrobes, slippers changed every day, kettle, mugs, tea and coffee, water bottles provided EVERY DAY. breakfast buffet included, extremely wide variety of choices, extremely high quality of food and service. Noodles, dumplings, fried eggs freshly made by the chefs (on request, for free, available in request both at the morning breakfast buffet, and in the evening). travel agency within the property (ground floor) organising tourist tours, but available also for information - they answered every of our questions, and booked for us our standard tickets for the Terracotta Warriors from the official attraction website, even knowing we would not purchased the agency tour option. Location was great nearby all the food, shopping and easy access significant land marks. Property was very clean, bed was great (don’t like soft beds) room was spacious. Loved the free bottles of water. The breakfast was wonderful offering Asian and western varieties delicious.
