Wyman was our best hope - whether it was transfer to the fair or to the airport, issue with a bank or packing our luggage, he would always give it his maximum attention, find fast and effective solutions, genuinely caring and supportive gentleman. Also gentlemen and ladies who meet at the entrance, in Western and Chinese restaurants, fitness area - it was pleasure to meet you, thanks for all your effort because you made our stay so much easier and nice! It is my second stay at this hotel and it was a nice surprise after the renovation. Bed linen, 2 kinds of pillows, big and comfortable bed, soft towels, bath toiletries and spacious room - I like it all:) Breakfasts and dinner at Chinese restaurant - tasty, plenty of dishes. Quiet and calm atmosphere - very good, just what it necessary after long travel or busy day, I had really good rest. Dear Voco team, thank you for another lovely stay! Hong KongThe only thing I would like to mention was the dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. One need to pump a few times in order to get the appropriate amount.
Hotel location of Voco Guangzhou Shifu was excellent. It is within walking distance to many local attractions, like Yongqingfang, Shangshajiu Pedestrian Street and Shamian Island. Hotel room was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were professional. helpful, pleasant and friendly. In particular, Mr Wyman Lee who answered all our queries of various attractions and helping us to arrange transportation. Truly grateful for his time and efforts. We had a wonderful stay at Voco Guangzhou Shifu and will definitely recommend to friends who plan to visit Guangzhou in the future.
