Location: located in the ancient city of Lijiang, about 200 meters away from the south gate. Check-in experience: clean and sanitary, decorated and cleaned very well, the room is intelligent system is very convenient. There is no smell in the room and the bed is very comfortable. Landlord service: enthusiasm! Very good communication, will contact us in advance to get off the address, after arriving to the south gate to help with luggage, check in very quickly, provide free snacks, fruit, as well as free coffee, patiently help to do travel strategy. There is an Alaska in the store that is very cute and occasionally comes out. This check-in is very satisfactory as a whole! + Location was great, very close to the south entrance and within the scenic area. Staff was very warm and welcoming, made us tasty traditional breakfasts and helped us book tailored trips to nearby attractions. The rooms were well decorated and clean, safe, and had lots of thoughtful amenities (heated blanket in the bed and mosquito spray). They also have adorable dogs!

Best hotel in Lijiang! + Mandy!! She was so so helpful, sorted us out for our trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge and even got up early to walk us to the bus! She has excellent English and made the trip super easy. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, easy walk to all of the old town spots. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. A wonderful little inn. - Nothing comes to mind
