How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

People kept opening emergency exit at end of hall and smoking out there which then blew into our room all night. We had to stuff towels under the door.
Wonderful having the free airport shuttle. Room was quiet and very comfortable with an exceptional breakfast included. Easy check-in. Simple Gym available.

So comfortable, great value for money, clean, perfect for a flight layover. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Airport shuttle service was an epic fail. The instruction was to call the hotel upon arrival or ask assistance at the airport counter. There was no assistance counter at the airport. Shuttle came more than 1 hour later. Reception spoke very little English and almost blamed me for not sending a pic of myself at the airport (where I had no access to instant messaging or email). Traveling alone and relying on hotel’s hospitality to make my stopover worry-free, it was a very scary situation and 2 hours of my overnight rest wasted.
Spacious room, clean and with full amenities for an overnight stay.

Very far from Canton fair and South station. You will get train from T2 station everywhere. Hotel have bus to canton fair and buses available every hour to airport shuttle service. Good
Good breakfast and there is Muslim menu ( Halal food) for dinner.

Not applicable. I like everything as I mentioned above. I would like to practice sport, you have good gym, but I lacked time.
I found everything good: the employees very motivated and committed. Cleaning was very good. Good wifi. Bedroom very nice. The location is very quiet.

Staff didn’t speak much English but that’s to be expected when in China

Needs a television in the room instead of an old projector that didn't work. Couldn't get a meal in the small restaurant downstairs.
A very comfortable room with good facilities at a good price.

The reception doesn't speak English so it's complicated to communicate. They at least try to translate what they're saying to you
Great location since it's near the hotel with the shuttle. The breakfast was really enjoyable especially after a long flight. The room was prepared early for me.

Really practical for a long layover in Guangzhou, early check-in was great! Note: free shuttle pickup is at door 46 on the departures level at Baiyun International. You should arrange a pick up time with the hotel before you arrive or else you might need to call them from the airport.

Mosquitos in the bedroom, but the staff provided us with mosquito repellent. The room had an unpleasant odour.

The location is very far from the city . By taxi it’s cost too much and by Metro it also need Atleast 1.5 hour to reach city from hotel . If hotel can also provide shuttle bus twice / thriis in a day service to city center instead of Metro will be more comfortable to guest .
Rooms are good . The best is 24 hours shuttle service from Airport to hotel without this it would be very difficult to reach hotel and link from city . Breakfast was good .

Would of loved for them to have travel cots for babies but not all that important just would of had a better sleep if I didn't have to worry about my son being rolled on
Staff were all lovely,hotel was spotless and room was just right so comfy, was not kept awake by planes which I was worried about, breakfast was catered for everyone ,all in all would stay again.

There was no fridge in the room. It could have been great with a refrigerator
The free Airport shuttle and the Canton Fair free shuttle were game changers. The staff where quite helpful all the time. they would make sure that whenever you require assistance they will assist.

The hotel is quite close to the airport so it can be quite noisy, so if you're a light sleeper this might be a problem
Location is close to the airport, less than 10 mins drive so convenient for an overnight stopover. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Clean rooms and a good amount of amenities as well. Wi-fi seems to be pretty stable as well. The breakfast has a good amount of choice too and well stocked.
