Wonderful having the free airport shuttle. Room was quiet and very comfortable with an exceptional breakfast included. Easy check-in. Simple Gym available.

CanadaAirport shuttle service was an epic fail. The instruction was to call the hotel upon arrival or ask assistance at the airport counter. There was no assistance counter at the airport. Shuttle came more than 1 hour later. Reception spoke very little English and almost blamed me for not sending a pic of myself at the airport (where I had no access to instant messaging or email). Traveling alone and relying on hotel’s hospitality to make my stopover worry-free, it was a very scary situation and 2 hours of my overnight rest wasted.
Spacious room, clean and with full amenities for an overnight stay.

IndiaThe location is very far from the city . By taxi it’s cost too much and by Metro it also need Atleast 1.5 hour to reach city from hotel . If hotel can also provide shuttle bus twice / thriis in a day service to city center instead of Metro will be more comfortable to guest .
Rooms are good . The best is 24 hours shuttle service from Airport to hotel without this it would be very difficult to reach hotel and link from city . Breakfast was good .

United KingdomThe hotel is quite close to the airport so it can be quite noisy, so if you're a light sleeper this might be a problem
Location is close to the airport, less than 10 mins drive so convenient for an overnight stopover. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Clean rooms and a good amount of amenities as well. Wi-fi seems to be pretty stable as well. The breakfast has a good amount of choice too and well stocked.
