Excellent I like all.Theme design hotel. Very Modern look. Staff helpful so much. Check in early, speak English so well, Breakfast varies. Comfy and super clean bedroom. I like projector TV. and delivery food robot. Good facility, free cocktail for 1 time and Free laundry. The location is near Metro. So much valuable price.

There was a humidity / mold odor in the room, no matter what we did, this smell persisted.

I liked the projector tv and the speakers, despite the fact that I could not use them because they were in Chinese, they were a nice surprise.

The thick carpet in the hallway makes it really hard to move the luggage. There is a damp smell coming out of the air condition when you turn it on and it doesn't go away. You just get immune to it lol. Maybe a bit of cleaning will do the trick.

The place is very near Kecun station of the Metro exit B, about 5 mins walk. You can spot it easily and they have a knight at the entrance. My room has a big ass TV or a projector rather. I love the interior. The color theme is black and white with Hermes-like items in the room. Right across the Kecun station is the Living Mall where you can grab a bite to eat. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast has lots of selection. The robot preparing the noodle dish was really cool. They also have robots roaming around giving it a touch of modernity.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s new, with well-designed and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping is done daily, and complimentary fresh fruits are provided every day, which is a lovely touch. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and a 25-minute stroll to the Canton Tower. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

projector lags, no wine glass in the room, noodle not tasty (breakfast) and the soup base is the same everyday-----we have high hope since GZ is famous in noodle dishes.

Good location----near subway and mall, fee mini bar drinks, Evian mineral water, free tea snack, washing machine, free fruits basket, toiet and bathroom seperate, big screen.

Located about 200 to 300 meters from exit B of Kecun Metro station. Comfy beds & pillow as well as large projection screen TV Video. Nice selections buffet breakfast. Free to use washing machines & dryer. Shopping malls just across the street. Will stay again.

Still can smell smoke on the non-smoker level (not staff issue I believe). Sound proof can be improved as can hear water running from next door.

Good location, great breakfast and afternoon tea. Fresh fruit daily. Good value for money. Staff was nice and considering giving non-smoker level.

Unfortunately there was a strange odour in our hotel room but it disappeared after the room card was activated which allowed for the air conditioning to turn on. Not a major issue as it becomes unnoticeable after a while.

Comfortable and convenient stay. The staff will communicate the address of the property in Chinese (which can be given to your driver/taxi/navigation map) the day before to ensure you arrive at the correct location as I believe there is another Arthur Hotel branch. Once we arrived the staff were super efficient to check us in and there was a staff member who could communicate to us in English. We arrived at 12pm and were lucky to be allowed to check-in early as the room was ready. The hotel provided many free amenities as well as free drinks and complimentary welcome fruit delivery by their concierge robot. The free laundry facilities are located on floor 8 with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers each with quick wash (15min) and quick dry (45min) function options. There was also an iron and ironing board. This was well appreciated by our group as the laundry room was extremely clean and even provided free detergent. The buffet breakfast had an appreciable extensive range of Asian and Western options and beverages. The hotel allowed for us to store our luggage after check-out and I believe this will also be available prior to check-in. Overall, would stay again if in the area!
